Total scam! Purchased two makeup bags on December 8, 2024. It’s been over a month and still has not been delivered. The tracking number shows it was at customs, but that’s the last notice I have received which was over a week ago. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered 3 make up bags on Dec. 3 2024, finally received it Jan 13 2025. They are very cheap quality. I must of sent at least 30 emails wanting to know location of product. All responses were computer generated saying package is on the way. What a joke. Money spent was for cost of my education. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered the (Magic Cosmetics Pouch-White Flamingo) on the 8th of Dec from this company. It has been 36days and i still have nothing. Now They were nice and sent me a tracking number that is suppose to let me know where it is, But It no longer is giving me a location imagine that. When i emailed their support website they are now telling me that i need to talk to the Post office because there is a problem with the package being shipped.

Oreder 12/3/2024. Stil have yet to receive cosmetic bag. Keep getting emails to promote more products. No response to my questions about when I will receive. So far seems like a scam. I will update if I ever do receive anything g

payed the extra money for VIP shipping, been over a month with nothing, customer service is no help, as they blame the shipping company.

I never received the 2 cosmetic bags I ordered over 35 days ago. I have disputed the charge to my credit card and PayPal. This is a scammer. Beware.

A scam of a company. Avoid at all cost. Products are from china and very cheap. Their customer service is no help and all they do is lie

Product has taken 45+ days.
We paid for express shipping, the tracking they provide is nonsense, the customer service does not help. I believe they took my money with no intent of shipping product. I have used their tracking number to search the internet outside of the link they provide and I cannot find a carrier anywhere.
They are scammers

Update: the product arrived nearly 2 months after order. The company refused to work with me to sort out the issue of paying extra fro express shipping. They are not scammers after all. But the ways they communicated with me during the process did not create any trust. I found multiple reviews online where customers complained and warned of this company scamming them, I felt at the time of the original review, that I needed to take action. I even asked for PayPal to assist with a refund where Dawncog finally began to answer questions with more that just a copy and paste email. I would never use this company again. I recommend you don't either. But I was wrong for calling them a scammer.

its just that, when you give someone money to receive a product in 7 days, and its been 45+... what am I left to believe?

STAY AWAY!!!! Ordered the makeup bag off a FB ad end of November. Still hasn’t arrived. Horrible.

*BUYER BEWARE* DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! Arrived a week after Christmas AND notification of delivery was sent a whole day after that. Never got the opportunity to retrieve the package nor did they show proof it was actually delivered! They will not refund my money!

Absolute worst company ever. Places an order over a month before Christmas. It is now Jan 2 and the product still hasn't arrived. They keep sending me updates where the package doesn't move. Was a Christmas gift for a person who left the state
Update: as of 1/16 product is still sitting in the warehouse and Dawncog will not refund or even send me my product.

I ordered the make up bag and it took three weeks to come (for Christmas). I opened it to wrap it the same day but they sent me a black dress instead. I told them it was a present for my wife and to just send a new one. They told me they wanted me to rip off the label so they could see tracking. It was impossible with the sticky label. So i sent them my email with the confirmation number etc. They told me I needed to show them the package label and not my email. Either that or they could refund me $3!!!!!!!!!! I paid $30. I asked for a refund and they are ignoring my emails.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I paid for express shipping so that I would receive my watch which checks my blood glucose 2 weeks ago and it is STILL NOT HERE!!! Why offer "Express Shipping" and charge at least $10 extra and not ship items any faster?!?! This is a HUGE RIPOFF and I would like a refund for the extra money I spent!!!!

It's obvious the 4-5 ☆ ratings are scams just the same as the whole website. Thanks to my bank, cashapp, venmo, and not PayPal, I didn't get charged. Seems like every "shop now" site from Facebook is a scam. So here's to you Facebook

Misleading on shipping times to US. product ships from Europe to US, will take weeks. PayPal charge didn’t match website charge, currently trying to get PayPal to adjust.

I ordered a dog blanket with 3 paws and the name Zoe. It can with the name Iorek, not even close to the name. I emailed the company, hopefully they can just send the correct blanket. Ugggg!!!!

Paid the extra fee for expedited shipping and after 16 days I still haven’t received my package. Contacted the company and was basically told they don’t control the shipping but won’t refund extra fee. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend unless you have a month to wait on product.

Paid for faster shipping it was 5-7 days I believe and it's been almost 3 weeks now I'm assuming this company is a scam about to dispute the charges on my card don't shop here

I ordered a men's XL hoodie. They sent me a women's hoodie (a lot smaller). Their package even stated it was womens). I asked for the proper item to be sent to me. They offered $3 USD refund off a $56 order. I said no. They offered $6 refund. Again I said no. They said only option was for me to pay return costs to China (would be nearly the cost of the item). They are scammers! STAY AWAY!

STOP! NO! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I thought my girls would love the "Lazy Drawstring Makeup Fashion Handbag". Created a new account and paid through PayPal.com. Thank God for PayPal customer service. DAWNCOG.COM is a scam website. My order was fradulent. The website never responded to any emails or requests for tracking information. More upsetting is I received 3 scam emails or fishing emails requesting immediate payment of $999.99 US. Do not order from Dawncog.com or make any transactions with IisSABRAVA Co.Ltd. Thank you!
