A bit disappointed. Sent my frames in for a refurbishment. Turn around time was about 2-weeks, which was expected. However, when I received my frames they weren't polished and buffed as I expected. Crucially, the left temple arm was cracked, which it wasn't before I sent them in. Michelle and the David/Kind crew were helpful in getting a new shipping label sent and the frames were sent back for polishing and a new temple arm (still waiting on them at the moment). Customer service was great and really responsive. However, for the price of the refurbishment, I was disappointed in the apparent lack of care in the failure to clean the frames and the broken temple. I love both pairs of David/Kind frames that I own, however the luster of the experience has been reduced a bit.

Remarkably responsive service, but suboptimal quality of finished product. I am now skeptical about the quality of the lenses and accuracy by which a prescription can be filled off an online photo. After month of trying the provided Rx frames, Ive gone back to my old frames & lenses as they cause less eye strain despite the same prescription. I would caution anyone buying prescription glasses through this service.

Great service and knowledgeable employees. They were prompt to ship out try-on kit and helped me pick a pair of eyeglasses that fit my person the best. I would highly recommend them for your next eyeglasses purchase.

Eyeglasses were of high quality material (Titanium/Acetate) and felt solid in hand. Lenses are very clear and have a good anti-reflective coating. Plus, they gave me a discount for turning in my old pair of glasses to donate to someone in need, so its a win-win.

In addition, they offer a 10-year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects, so I can rest assured that David Kind stands behind their quality craftmanship.

David Kind glasses have very high quality frames and lenses. In addition, they include wonderful glass cases and cleaner with the purchase. Frame designs are classic and attractive. Do your research to find the proper size. The trial is very helpful for this purpose. Great company!

I got everything I wanted in a pair of glasses. From the direct to consumer model, try on box, customer service, quality of the product, and specific offerings within the designs. I cannot be happier with my purchase.

The product is good quality though maybe a bit small for my face. I think the couple of areas for potential improvement:
1. At the time of placing an order on line, it should be clearly indicated how long delivery would take. The item took about 3 weeks to arrive; knowledge of that timeframe at the time of making the decision may have impacted the decision.
2. For an expensive product, I would suggest additional facial measurements since it is not possible to try the product ahead. I like the quality of the item I ordered but it is a bit snug on my face.
