Purchased as a Sympathy bouquet for a family member who lost her Mother. Delivery was spot on the day requested. We received a text including a picture of the flowers. She was touched. Her response was so gratifying, not the pat on the back, but that she felt supported and loved. David Austin Bouquets a universal language that is tangible. Bravo!!

…The Wow factor!
The bouquet was beautifully and carefully packed and the flowers were gorgeous. Each flower was in great condition and it took only a little effort to make them look wonderful in a vase.

I’ve bought several roses as gifts over the last few years, and the recipients were all delighted. Ordering was easy and when I did have questions, the advisors are quick to respond and super knowledgeable.
It was lovely visiting one who’s rose was in bloom and looked and smelt incredible.
Will definitely be ordering from David Austin again.

The flowers arrived late and were slightly brown and wilted. They remained puny even after watering as listed in instructions. While this delay was not their fault, it is a hazard of the business model. It’s just a lot of money to receive designer roses in this poor condition.

Flowers were not fresh and not in pristine condition . They never even sent the enclosure note . My sister was calling around to see who sent the flowers . They did refund my money . I expected exquisite roses for $125

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. The condition of the flowers and the missing enclosure card are unacceptable, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been.
While we arere glad we were able to issue a refund, we regret that this situation occurred at all. Your expectation of exquisite, fresh roses was completely reasonable, and we fell short. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Emma
