I had a very nice experience with David Astburys. Their teams are very quick in replying from negotiating contracts to fixing household items. Rahee was super efficient and helpful in handling our rental renewal recently. Really appreciated.

The team at David Astburys have been outstanding, in particular Oliver Sandamas, who takes care of all of your property management needs as if the property was his own. His management of my flat is such that I don't need to worry about anything and know that everything is being well taken care of. Outstanding professional, extremeley reliable, and a great professional all round. David Astburys is lucky to have him.

Great experience with Elena Sarris as Property Manager, she has always been responsive and clear in her communications, and quick and efficient with all maintenance issues in the flat.

Spent 6 years in a property managed by David Astbury's and they were always incredibly responsive and very friendly. We particularly appreciated Elena, who was a delight to deal with throughout the tenancy and even after we left the property and had some admin issues to deal with. I’ve used David Astbury agency to manage my portfolio for nearly a decade and am very happy on every level.
I must mention Nadia who oversees everything for me, very easy to deal with, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the letting market.
