The cotton underwear is fine but I find I prefer the feel of modal. It's just my preference; I'll try modal next time.

Fraud!!!
My order has not shipped after a week. They are giving the excuse that one item is out of stock which can’t be true because it’s still available on their website and TikTok shop. Do not trust them. Could have spent less and got my items already elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service
Part of my order contained the wrong style. Four times I have reached out to Customer Service with absolutely no response. This has to be the poorest excuse for Customer Service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from these people.

Next step CC company, signs are of fraud
In reply to my dispute, several mails, received only a "Marketing" mail, containing lies about "record parcel volume" in January, in the biggest recession of a generation...
Next step, CC company to reclaim the money.
Signs are it's a fraud business.
Wish I had read this review site before buying, others had the same experience already.

No customer service skills
As Head of Sales of an online company and a person who purchases online a great deal, I can honestly say that dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I have had.
The key to great sales is communication, this appears to be something you guys have no idea how to achieve.
I would have been happy to wait for the items, if told early that it was not in stock. After me emailing a number of times and being told that "I would get delivery soon" no time frame offered, after 17 day was told that it was out of stock.
I will not be using this company for any purchases in the future. Would advice other shoppers to be aware Shocking service.

My order 3450 was delivered rapidly via the amazon network. The coral layered dressing gowns with hood were of superb quality and will be welcome in the coming cold months.
