Jamie was terrific but the company management was disruptive and unresponsive
I thought Jamie was responsive and did a great job. She struggled getting answers from her management. Her manager was disruptive and thoughtless of my time while she was trying to wrap up my invoice. I thought it was very rude and inconsiderate.

Excellent customer service that doesn't require a purchase
I've been in the computer repair business for almost 20 years and have dealt with many recycling companies. But I've never had such good service.
I called ahead to let the folks at Data Destruction know that I was coming and they had someone outside waiting to help me unload.
Good work!

The driver was friendly and helpful. Really loved how much he helped me and tried to condense things in the bins to be as affordable as possible. This was a much less Painful than I feared. Great company!

Easy going, available and conscientious staff.
Reasonably priced for non-contract customers. I used the drop off service. This was the first company that answered the phone when I called to inquire about services, instead of me being asked to leave a message so someone could get back in touch with me.

Great Experience- Quickly Done!!
Data Destruction came to our office and shredded over 80 file Boxes! I was a bit surprised that they didn't take the actual boxes themselves but as our building recycles, it was an easy fix. Really reasonable and Prompt!! great Company. Very reliable.

The best service we've used
As a manufacturer, we have used electronics recycling annually over the last 10 years. Our latest and most extensive was handled by Data Destruction and they were simply the best. The workers were clean, friendly, thorough, and FAST. The final bill matched the quote and was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
