I've placed many orders in the past with dash without an issue. The last one without issue being in Dec. However, I recently place an order and they never recognized the payment. I emailed them about this issues and their response was delayed but they did get back to me. They said that their payment portal is down so all the transactions need to be processed manually. I don't believe it should have taken so long to get a response, but waiting too long is better than not getting your order. I did eventually get my package but I don't know if I would have if I didn't reach out.

be careful, I lost €390, the order never arrived after 3 months and DASHPCT didn't give me a refund.....there are better sites!!!

I bought for 100 $ and it never came and no refund either

Total scam... Placed domestic order and one month later nothing. Only responded to one email and said it would be here in a week, but that was a lie. Don't waste your money on these guys. Much better options out there.

I mean, there were no issues for me. I got what I ordered approximately when it said it would arrive. I did a small order this time but based on this experience I will use them again.

They didn't acknowledge receiving payment (which was made and confirmed by my bank) and never sent the order.
Do NOT trust them.

Made an order for 150 usd and it never came. Scam. No refund, nothing. Dont order from them !

Completely different items than what I ordered. Wouldnt have paid a penny for this stuff. Screw these guys.

Order wasn't delivered, no reply to e-mails, absolutely no customer service

It's been over a month and I've still not gotten my order.

And they won't reply to my emails.

Good service. Package shipped in a reasonable amount of time, and customer service was even willing to let me add an item to my order that I originally forgot when placing. The medications provided where good.

Order held by customs, I contacted Dash to have it returned. They recalled the parcel, I requested store credit, and then they cut off all contact

Customer service took a week to respond after placing an order and has not dispatched item. Aipctshop is a way better alternative as the have the same products on a similar price. Thought I'd try dashpct but so far it's a worse alternative to my usual aipctshop.

Fast, painless shipping. Solid customer service. Easy ordering. Ordered domestic, received very quickly.

After having two packages go missing with my usual estradiol vendor, I found this shop and decided to take a chance after seeing the super cheap prices.

Took exactly 3 weeks from order date to arrive in West Coast US which was a little longer than expected, but totally not out of the ordinary for international shipping.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be ordering from here for the foreseeable future!

Ordered some pp pills, got them in 11 days, east coast. Great t/a, great communications from the vendor. Will order again.

Love the fact that they're on telegram, so easy to reach out to them.

It took far too long and the customer service is not really equivalent to expresspct, they used respond in now time.... I will take my business else where.

Had a trial run with this vendor on r/sarmssourcetalk.
Realized the company was well connected from the start, replacing expresspct with the same supply.

Took 1 week for products to arrive to the UK. Will order again!
