They will steal your money
Avoid this company like the plague. They still have not to this day responded to a single email or support ticket that we have given them. They suspended our services and have not refunded us or communicated back in any way.
Responding to their reply. It looks like they are also liars. It's very easy to see the dates of when we put in tickets and the fact they never responded. Don't lose your money with these people.

We do not suspend services arbitrarily. Suspensions only occur in cases of policy violations (such as abuse complaints or payment issues), and we always notify customers via email and through the client portal.
We’ve reviewed our ticket and email logs and found no unanswered support requests matching your description. If you are a legitimate customer and used a valid account email, please contact us at support@dartnode.com so we can investigate further.
We do not “steal” money. We operate transparently under clear terms of service, and refunds are processed when applicable per our published policies.

Absolute nightmare dealing with DartNode.
I purchased a VPS only to discover that every single IP address (IPv4 and IPv6) was blacklisted, making the server completely useless.
I immediately contacted support requesting clean IPs, and after more than two weeks, I received no meaningful response.
Their so-called "support" is non-existent, and when I asked for a refund, they redirected me in circles without any clear action.
To make things worse, they push new customers to leave positive reviews by dangling a fake "lottery" for a free VPS, clearly trying to manipulate their Trustpilot rating without providing real service quality.
This is completely dishonest and misleading.
Avoid DartNode at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity

Thank you for your feedback — and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced.
After investigating your case, we discovered that your ticket was incorrectly flagged in our system, which caused it to be missed. That was a failure on our part, and we’ve taken corrective steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. A full refund has been issued, and we’ve also applied a $10 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
To clarify: DartNode does guarantee clean IPs. Our provisioning system checks IPs against multiple blacklists before issuing them. However, these checks currently run on a 24-hour cycle — so in rare cases, an IP may appear clean at issuance but get flagged shortly after. We’re actively working on a self-service solution to allow customers to swap their IP within the first 24 hours if any reputation issues are detected.
Lastly, our VPS giveaway program is a legitimate promotion and not a “fake lottery.” Many customers have received free VPS services through it — and we never tie reviews to eligibility. We believe in building long-term trust, not gaming the system.

The worst hosting site ever, the servers are very slow, the technical support does not respond or solve any problems, and also a problem occurred and the servers stopped for three days and there was no response or apology or compensation from the site for the damage, and also the servers stopped for two days before and there was no response from support, honestly a very bad experience and this is my last month with them, and I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not respect customers and are also unprofessional..

You’re correct — we did have outages during the time you mentioned, and we understand how disruptive that was. In line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we issued automated account credits to impacted customers, including your account. That credit can be viewed in your client dashboard.
However, your support ticket was not responded to promptly — and for that, we take full responsibility. At the time, DartNode was run by a two-person team, and unfortunately, this led to delays in communication and resolution during a critical moment.
Since September 5th, 2024, we’ve made significant improvements:
Hired additional support staff
Implemented better ticket routing
Reduced average Level 1 response times to under 2 hours

The server is amazing! There's no lag at all and the server was up within 1 minutes when I bought it. I've never got better support for a company this is honestly one of the best places for servers.
