Got a Neopixel lightsaber and later a Neopixel blade. Initially there were issues, but the DarkWolf's email responses are all within 12 hours, helps to solve any problem that occurs, and in the end, sends new equipment if the issue is on their end. Strongly recommend!

Came upon this website on a thread and i am sure glad i did. I am starting to collect sabers and this is by far my favorite saber(rey ep9). I have nothing but good things to say about Custom Darkwolf Sabers. Let me start out by saying that their customer service is unmatched. All my questions and concerns were addressed within a few hours of sending them. The shipping was extremely quick. I purchased my Scavenger Saber on the 5th of January, and it arrived 23 days later! ( From China! )
The quality of this Saber is just unreal. Its has a Proffie Neopixel install with color changing capabilities and over 20 fonts with a unique music track that can be played alongside. It has multiple features including, but not limited to, flash on clash, melt, blade lock up, blaster deflection, and force block. It was well worth The price tag of $480. I would rate ten stars if possible!

I mean come on, 8 days to get from buying to being in my hands all the way from Hong Kong? It took 4 days to ship and 4 days to get to me. I could not be happier with the saber I received and will definitely be buying from them again.

Just received a neo proffie obi wan from dark wolf sabers.

Got to say I’m blown away by the service, 15 days from order to arrived at my door. Saber and neo blade ordered but came with usual gubbins, saber, neo blade, neo blade plug, saber stand and a hard carry case.

Couldn’t rate them higher!

The website says 7-10 days for shipment after order was placed. I got shipment email 3 days after my order and got it 4 days after that today. I love it. First saber i bought but i can tell you it won't be the last, thank you darkwolf for making a grown man's 20 years wish come true.

The saber I received (Rey hilt) is very lightweight and easy to swing! I am very satisfied with my purchase and cannot recommend Darkwolf Sabers enough. This was my first high quality lightsaber purchase and I was NOT left disappointed. Will be revisiting this company in the future and recommending to anyone looking for more than just a prop blade.

I had a very satisfied purchase the one issue that I had was the shipping it says 7-10 days for shipping and so on but my order didn’t come for 18 days. This was expected because of the COVID delays but other then that very satisfied with my purchase

If you message them they will always answer you with in 5 minutes. If you have a problem it will be sorted out quickly. There sabers are great and beautiful. Dark wolf sabers I love you guys for your complete trust and honesty.

I was blown away with the quality you get for the price. The smoothswing feels amazing and the neopixel blade was perfect! Shipping took like 4 weeks but given that I ordered it during christmas rush time (and the covid situation on top of that) it's completely understandable. This is my 1st ever lightsaber and I'm 100% satisfied, definitely would recommend!

The lightsabers look and sound amazing. Their good for dueling even if you hit pretty hard. 10/10 would purchase again.

Shipping time from placing the order was only about 2 weeks, response time for emails is very quick and helpful, and the saber itself is exactly what I had hoped especially for the great price.

I ordered my first neopixel saber with dark wolf sabers, and I must say it's an amazing saber, however I had troubles receiving my saber in Germany due to nonsensical fees and high taxes, althought I was told by the seller that I might be paying taxes or duties upon receiving the saber but I didn't know it will be 35% of the value of the saber I ordered!! That's not the seller's fault though as it's strictly the DHL's fault, they literally first delivered the package and showed up later again demanding to pay the extra fees!! Long story short, in the end I paid more than expected to pay for the saber. I still love it but I feel I was forced to pay something I did not sign up for. Again it's not seller's fault, although I think maybe he could have made it up to me by offering reimbursement for those unexpected high fees. I still would recommend dark wolf sabers, just make sure before placing the order to understand how much you might be end up paying especially if you live in Germany.
