Wow, requested a redemption and got paid within 12 hrs. Many sites take longer than that.

This game is bullshit! Numerous times I have had a free spins taken away and I’ve also had winds of up to $20 taken away. It’s ridiculous. I contacted them about the free Spine loss and they gave me the runaround for days all the while promising to take care of the issue bullshit.

It took like almost 2 months of back and forth to get my account up to date. Had they done it when i first sent the info almost a year ago, it would have been done. I get asking for info, but every day it was something new. I didnt have to show that much to get social security or my drivers lisence. State issued or gov issued should be enough.

I had a redemption going on from the 8th to the 14 of August.
They denied it several times because I used several different credit cards. They wanted proof that the card were mine. I explained that they are virtual cards.
Chime paypal and Langley use a virtual card in place of the real card.
I sent them a screenshot of my chime virtual card and they still denied my redemption request.
So I have played at several online social casino and this one went from first to last after several redemption.
They don't honor that 24 hour support because if they did I wouldn't be writing this review.
There are several other sites to play at like pulzs or loanstar which redemption go quickly with no issues.
Dara 3 to 10 business day redemption policy is the worst.
I prefer hours to 3 days redemption witch most others online social casino provide.

Dara support sent me a email saying that paypal and chime sometimes use virtual numbers but they chosed to denied my redemption anyway.
To me this is just a tactic use to not pay out on a winning wager.

Hi it's been several weeks since my account was closed.

If I was ever to come back to your site you would have to give me some kind of a incentive.
I had a balanced at the time of 300 I think witch was wager back to them because they refused to pay.
But the ball is in there court.

I am located in Northeastern, Oklahoma and Dara Casino is saying a lot of the time that I am not eligible to cash out even though it has cashed me out several times prior with no issues and suddenly I am continuing to win and now there is no payout. Chatting with customer service has been ridiculous. Now they’re saying my Geo location could be the reason why it’s not paying out even though it allows me to play with SC. Only when I go to cash out, is there an issue. I do not recommend playing on their app because you may not get paid your winnings. I have not had any other issues with any other online casinos that use sweepstake coins. I have followed the rules and their policy on their site so there should be no reason why I’m not getting the pay payout. I will point out that they are saying because there are Indian casinos nearby (not that close and in a different county) that could be interfering with the way the Internet is working, even though I have cashed out before on the same app at the same location more than a couple of times. All I want is the remaining SC balance transferred to my bank account. They can’t even seem to do that. It is one excuse after another. McLuck just today Aug. 11th had no issues redeeming my winnings.
