***updated yet again so it stays fresh*** they are thieves and have no problem stealing your money. I disputed as many charges to my card that i could and they banned me. Im searching for ways to seek legal action. they responded trying to save face, saying they have found a potential resolution and to continue our conversation in our ongoing customer service thread, but they have not come up with any resolution. They cannot justify denying $1700 worth of redemption requests AFTER an email saying I was fully verified and any request made after would be honored. They are scum.
**updated again** so after leaving this review and avoiding answering my questions about reasons for denying my $1700 worth of redemption requests, I logged in for the hell of it and had a gift of 50 free SC... and not one spin hit anything, lol. Imagine that. Save your money, spend it at another casino or just give it away to these guys.

I wish I could give less than one star. This site is run by scammers, it looks legit and might pay out 2 out of 7 times. I finally won $2200 after months of pumping money into their site. I was verified with a successful redemption request prior to winning the money. After I won, I made several attempts to redeem my money. The first time was denied because I used Google pay to buy my coins, which had several of my cards saved to it, granted this was not an issue before. I provided my driver license, picture of bank card front and back and also a bank statement confirming my address matched my account. I received an email stating I was now fully verified and should have no problem getting my next request approved. I put in another request, it was denied. I asked why and they said they would look into it and get back to me. I put in another request and it was denied. They would not tell me why or how my redemption request were being denied. Over the course the two week period, 5 requests were denied and I was completely blown off and they wouldn't answer me back. This place will take your money and make you believe you are dealing with a professional casino and then they will deny you for no good reason. They blocked me on social media because I was trying to warn their future victims. If you are interested in throwing away your money and not getting anything that is rightly won, then by all means deal with Dara Casino, you will be tragically disappointed and they will have your money.

I thought I found a new app where I could enjoy playing. Everything was great until it was time to redeem. I won $5K and I just thought I could cash out like any other site after of course going through verification. I went through verification and was denied the first time. DARA asked for my bank statement provided bank statement now, I’m denied twice with no explanation. I’ve sent a third redemption request and I personally provided images of my bank card once again to prove i’m the owner. I’m willing to bet they will probably deny it again. They are so good at grabbing your money off your bank card but when it’s time to pay. They can’t verify you. That doesn’t make any since.

Update, they denied the redemption once again without explanation. I changed my rating because this has become ridiculous. Update 09/07/26: If I could give them a -5⭐️ I would. Please do not waste your time and money on this scamming site. I have played Pulsz, Jackpot, CrownCoins, LoneStar, Lavish Luck. Just to name a few and I have never been through such a nightmare to just to redeem. DO NOT PLAY HERE. Save your coins and go to another site and play. If you win you lose. They will not pay you. I wished I would have read the reviews before playing here.

Dara Casino customer service team is fast and reliable. After a couple emails with the customer service team I received my redemption that same day. Thank you Pearl and Mark.

My redeem only took about two days. Quiker than I thought it would be. It's been a long time since getting one and I was capped at a even 100sc for some reason. There are many games that the other casinos don't have.

I’ve always had a good experience with this app. Though the lowest redemption amount is $100 it’s actually not bad at all because honestly if it were lower I would never get the high amounts that I do because I would cash out pretty early. But this is a legit app with really cool games. I love it.
