Absolutely fantastic service! Dan Thomas & Co were the agents for a property we bought before Christmas. We liaised mainly with Claire throughout and she maintained excellent communication with our estate agents and solicitors to help move the process forward quickly. Don't think we would have been in before Christmas otherwise! We were initially shown around by Jo, and Dan also met us at the house for a visit once our offer was accepted and also on moving in day, where we were met with a lovely bunch of flowers, bow on the door and bubbly. It made it even more personal and exciting. Thanks so much to all (and anyone I haven't mentioned specifically), you made this such a better process than it could have been!

I'd previously had terrible experiences with estate agents, but Dan Thomas & Co has completely changed the game. I liaised mainly with Claire who was kind, proactive, responsive and really trustworthy. She was amazing at keeping me in the loop and making sure everything was running smoothly. Another 5 star review for Dan Thomas and co. Dan managed to sell my house for 50k!!!! Over the asking price. Whilst other larger estate agents was telling me the market was getting tougher. I wouldn't use any other agent from now on.

I recently purchased a buy to let property through Dan Thomas & Co and the service I received from Dan, Jo and Claire was outstanding.
