Dan Removals Anmeldelser

Absolutely incredible service the guys were highly professional worked tirelessly but still had time to be friendly warm and funny they took great care of my belongings I was honestly blown away how great they were! Thank you guys :)

I booked Dan Removals to move my belongings from my flat in Chiswick. As I was unable to cope with packing everything myself, I agreed to pay extra for assistance with packing my kitchen. When the removal team arrived, they were not fully aware that they were supposed to pack the kitchen and had not brought sufficient packing materials. As they had allocated only four hours to load everything and transport it to storage, they simply dumped items into boxes as quickly as possible. The result was complete chaos. To illustrate the standard of packing, expensive cutlery and large sharp knives were thrown loosely into a box without any protection for the blades.

I was also charged more for storage than I had expected. I assumed my belongings would be stored securely in a proper storage unit, but that was not the case. My possessions remained in storage for two months over the winter, and when they were finally returned, they smelled strongly of damp and rot. The stench was so bad that we could not use any kitchen utensils or many other household items until they had been thoroughly washed. I have no idea where my belongings were stored, but every cardboard box was dirty underneath, and virtually everything had absorbed the awful smell and had to be cleaned and aired.

Apart from a few glass and ceramic items, nothing was properly protected. My large silver-framed mirror was returned badly scratched and damaged. My two expensive French adjustable beds came back smelling of damp and rot, and some of the legs were missing and cannot be replaced.

This was the kind of experience nightmares are made of. I have written this review to warn others, because I would not wish anyone to go through a similar experience. This was my first house move, and I never imagined things could go so badly wrong. I deeply regret not choosing a more reputable removal company, even if it had cost more. Any savings were completely outweighed by the stress, damage to my belongings, and the impact the whole experience had on my health.

Dan's Removals were fantastic during my recent move. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys were very friendly, reassuring and helpful. They worked so hard in extremely hot weather and didn't leave until they were sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the removal team from start to finish. They carried out my move in October last year, and I’m still impressed by how professional and careful they were. They handled all of my belongings with great care and made sure everything was properly protected during the move. The team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout. They even suggested the perfect location for my wardrobe, which worked out brilliantly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy removal company.

These guys were amazing, honestly. Such a kind and efficient crew, really competitive pricing and spotless service. This is what happens when the owner of a company is himself getting his hands dirty! We would 100% use them again, and again, and again.

Dan and his team were great from beginning to end.
They were open to negotiating a fair price for my relatively small flat.
They arrived on time, moved things out quickly and safely.
They moved things in quickly and safely.
They were friendly, courteous, helpful throughout.
I highly recommend them.

Dans provided a perfect service over the Christmas holidays. Communication was excellent, packing and loading/unloading was quick and efficient. They were empathetic at all times during an incredibly difficult process.

I m very surprised how good and how friendly Daniel was, through our experience of moving home, even if we moved in later than expected through the completion time, they were waiting all the way through, everything from their side was soooo smooth, and professionally and they handle all our items with care...I want to say a massive thank you again for everything.. and the bed is working perfectly again...😉 I recommend Daniel to everyone that try to get a removal company to care for their customer....

Dan’s team of two were absolutely amazing! They arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly quickly while taking great care with both properties and all of my items. They were very mindful not to scratch anything, and despite the heavy rain on the day, they made sure not to place any bags on the wet pavement. I couldn’t recommend them more! Their prices are also among the most competitive and fair on the market.

Terrific attention to all of our moving needs. Highly professional through the entire process, and delivered on all promises in spades.
I would highly recommend Dan Removals to anyone moving address

Excellent service, arrived on time left site clean. Good value for money.

Dan removals were incredible. I opted for the packing and moving service and they literally did everything for me it was great. They are friendly and very reliable

I booked a full-service packing and moving with Dan Removals, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my first discussion with Miro to receiving the quote, everything was clear and transparent, no hidden costs at all. They were also very accommodating when I needed to change the moving date, which made things so much easier.

I was extremely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The team came the day before the move and, in less than six hours, packed up my entire house. On moving day, they carefully dismantled the furniture, took great care with all boxes and belongings, and had us out of the house before 1 pm, exactly as promised. At the new place, they reassembled everything and even went the extra mile to help us fit the fridge into the kitchen when it initially wouldn’t go through the doors. Nothing was damaged, broken, or lost during the move, which gave us complete peace of mind.

The entire team was kind, helpful, and hardworking. I genuinely can’t fault their service. I would recommend Dan Removals to absolutely anyone. It was the best money I’ve ever spent for a completely stress-free move.

The guys were super efficient, super quick and really helpful. They made moving house really simple and go without a hitch. Would definitely recommend using them.

We used Dan removals at the end of last month. They were very good. Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but they were also very helpful in figuring out ways to deconstruct furniture in order to fit it in to our new home, and then to put it all back together for us at the next one.

They were kind, quick, efficient, reliable, and I definitely recommend them!

From the start of obtaining a quote from Miro who had been really helpful, suggesting different quotes and answering all my questions.
When the delivery team arrived they

Used the team for a 2 day move from house in Kensington for packing, moving, storage and clearing. The team is incredibly hard working, professional and worked really well as a team. Would recommend without reservation!

From the first visit to quote all the way through to moving us into our new home Dan’s team were amazing. So friendly, good communication all the way through and all the guys were incredibly careful with all our belongings. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving house!

Very friendly and accommodating during our move which was so appreciated given logistical complexities of a simultaneous completion. Thank you.
