I have had a very bad and disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange.

About a month ago, on August 18, I deposited the funds, following the instructions and account information provided by the exchange, in order to purchase several thousand dollars. According to the exchange, the transfer was supposed to be completed within 5 days.

Despite the fact that a month has now passed, as of today, neither has the transfer been completed nor has the money been returned to me.

During this period, I have followed up on the issue almost daily through WhatsApp, by phone, and even by visiting their office in person. Unfortunately, I have only received seemingly responsible but vague, repetitive, and ultimately ineffective responses, and the issue still remains unresolved.

In addition, the failure to receive the transfer on time has unfortunately caused secondary problems for me.

More than two months and I still haven't received my $2,674 refund.
I had a very disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange (e.g. Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3V1). I sent CAD $2,674 following their instructions for a money transfer to Iran. The transaction was later cancelled, and they confirmed that the funds had been returned to them. However, it has now been more than two months since I transferred my money, and I still have not received my refund despite repeated follow-ups. I have not been given a definite repayment date or a satisfactory explanation for the delay.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service.
