I ordered trousers for my mum, she really liked them and thought the two per pack was a good idea. Quality good and washes well.

I ordered a jacket I had before in the same size. When arrived couldnt do it up. Returned for bigger size which was fine. I spoke to customer services as post office charged me over £4.50 to return. I thought £2.99 would be taken from my order? Was told could have free delivery if I returned 2nd order. Your sizing is all wrong . Multi size should be changed to single size.

If you used the Post Office returns label attached to the advice note you received in your parcel, you are not charged until we receive your parcel back and then £2.99 is charge to your personal account, or if you paid with card your refund is less this amount. Damart's staff are very kind. When it was my birthday they all signed a birthday card and included it with a catalogue . It was so very kind as I am not as young as I used to be 87 so a real old lady. The items I find are useful as a lot of the shops seem to deal with the very young. Thank you x

I've only just started writing reviews as I have had one or two bad experiences with online suppliers. These bad experiences made me appreciate the good ones all the more. Damart is absolutely excellent. I bought a grade 4 thermal set as well as a grade 5 one. They are soooo warm and fantastic quality. I can't praise the quality enough. I wear them under my tracksuits in cold weather and dont even need a coat. They are also so comfortable and make for excellent pyjamas.

Terrible Customer Service.
I placed my first order with DAMART and it arrived in good time, that is when things started to go wrong. Although I had ordered my usual size, both items of clothing were too big. I followed the instructions and returned the order quickly and requested one item to be replaced as it was needed for a trip coming up soon. After about a week no replacement was received, so I checked my bank account but no refund had been received. Next I logged into my Damart Account to find that no return was listed. I called the number given for returns and was told that they didn't see what orders were places and had no access to returned order information. She told me to email the delivery company that Damart use, but didn't give what information they would need. They didn't know why I had been told to email them. I can't believe that there is no robust process in place to deal with situations like this, and I cannot believe that I am the only person this has ever happened to. I have emailed Damart, but as yet Had no reply.

Excellent service
Excellent service - your order arrives quickly and efficiently. Also, Damart offer free goodies which are of high quality. Recently had a small suitcase with wheels which you could take as overhead luggage on a plane and also a padded short jacket that is ideal to wear between autumn and winter as you don't get too hot in it. Highly recommended company.
