The boots looks like plastic, they have a ordor, the fit width is not true to size, the boot has nothing in the toe for protection,in my option it would be unsafe to ride with this particular boot.

after 10 weeks of occasional wear my footwear sole has virtually worn away. the shoes are comfy but not built to last. customer service took ages to contact and reply and then went on the 30 day route for refunds. I will be rejecting as not fit for purpose.
AVOID if you want a painless experience.
UpDATE. after several emails I got the same as all others 3, then 5 and finally 8% refund offered after refusing as NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE I get the return to China rubbish.

The ads look great, but the shoes don't fit! While every shoe I order from Amazon fits great at size 11, these shoes from Dallader are significantly smaller and impossible to wear. I tried for 3 days and had to crunch up my toes—these shoes are actually painful to wear. The company first offered me a $2 credit, then $3, $5, and ultimately $8 credit—all supposedly for "my inconvenience". Oh, if I insist on returning them, I was instructed that they must be returned to China—they say that will cost me ~$20! THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM.

Ordered size 10 1/2 wide shoes, received standard width. Have sent 6 emails to the address they specify - NEVER an answer! Looks like I'm stuck with this unusable pair of boots!!

Scamers and liars trying to suck your money. They sent me the wrong normal shoe instead of wide ones which I cannot wear as it is too tight. I have very bad experiences with them about trying to return the wrong shoes. Later I realised that they are con men I am dealing with! Never ever buy shoes from Dallader and Hillde which advertise online. They are scam companies.

Do not buy from this "company". No Customer Service, no refunds. They make you pay shipping back to China.

I cannot get the boots on my feet.

Do not buy shoes from this dallader company ,The company sold me a pair of size 13 blue shoes ,and the top of the foot upper arch was to tight causing pinching at the top of both feet ,I sent pics to try to resolve this problem ,complained to the company they did not want to help me out just took my money with no resolving this matter Again do not purchase from this company

Many lies and misrepresentations, plus shoes did not fit and were the wrong color.
The advertising claimed the shoes were Made in the USA and stated Free Returns. The shoes were shipped from China (Dallader still claimed they were made in the US), they arrived 10 days later than promised, were the wrong color & material, and did not fit. When I requested a return shipping label, they would not provide one and told me it would cost $20 to return them.
Luckily for me, I used PayPal and they are following through on getting me a refund.

I bought a pair of black riding boots. I got sent a pair of half ankle shoes. Not what I ordered. When I finally got in contact with them, they told me they didn’t make 11 in that riding boots so they sent me what I got instead of refusing sale. They then wanted to give me three dollars off and keep the boots then five dollars off and keep the boots. Finally said I want them totally refunded. They said the money that it cost to send back to China would be very expensive. They are a rip off company and shouldn’t be doing business in the USA.

Terrible service.

They sent the wrong shoes then refused to accept it was their fault or offer a full refund. They offered me $3 refund to keep the things!

One Star is TWO too many!!! This is a Chinese scam company!!!! I ordered two (2) pair of shoes in the normal size I have worn for years. When the came in, the were not close to the right size. I contacted them about returning, and all they did was offer me a a 10% discount ($7.10) and I keep the shoes (that don't come close to fitting). After several more emails, they tell me that I would have to pay to ship them to China !!!! and warn me that most shipments get lost, so it would be better to take their 10% offer. Several emails later, they tell me again to ship to China, and if they receive them, they will refund me. The cost to ship them to China is more than the cost of the shoes!!! I also contacted the Better Business Bureau about them, and after a month, BBB told me that Dallader would not respond to them after several tries (I guess I should have known better with BBB being a government entity) Their site shows they are located in the US (probably have a store front) and that the shoes are US made - wrong!!! Do not fall for this Chinese scam company. Learn from my mistake.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to come with 3 pairs of sox each shoe. No socks arrived and no amount of pleading with them produces any socks, The shoes are OK but couls have bought the same from elsewhere at a much cheaper price, the socks were the persuader. No, I would never buy from them again nor give them any recommendation.

THEY SENT ME SHOES THAT I COULD NOT PUT MY FEET INTO. THEY SAID SORRY ABOUT THAT. Could you send them back at my cost of 20 dollars? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM, BUT IF THIS 11 1/2 WIDE WOULDN'T WORK, I GUESS THE NEXT ONE WOULDN'T FIT EITHER. NO THANKS. I'LL GIVE THEM TO GOODWILL. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANY PRODUCT ONLINE.

My husband ordered shoes from this company and even though they say they have a good return policy they are doing everything they can to not let him return the shoes. They hurt his feet even though he ordered the right size. What a scam company they are.

If 0 stars were available, I would give it. Do not believe the return policy! They sent shoes that were supposed to be size 11, probably were size 9 1/2. I asked to return them. They said "Give them to a family member and buy the right size". The next email they offered a discount of 10% to buy another pair. The next they offered to give me a $3 rebate if I would keep them. The next was $5, the next was $8. They said it would be $20 to send them back - had to go to China. I sent them back, hoping for a refund of the price of the shoes - it cost over $32 to send them back - who knows if I will ever get a refund of the $49 I paid for the shoes? Although the shoes looked beautiful, they felt like they cut my circulation to my foot when I tried them on. Buy American, or at least an honest, trustworthy company! I went to school and paid the tuition! Never again. Their last letter.

I will never purchase from this company again ,first off shoes are cheap but must important they don't fit you have to order a size larger than your normal size, if you want to send them back but it will cost you twenty dollars and they will offer you Three dollars no promises of total refund or exchange

Ordered a pair of motorcycle boots, waited 3 weeks and were not the boots I ordered. Their shit customer service said it was my fault because I ordered dress boots. Their attitude was disgusting and I cannot return them. These conmen are just scammers and thieves. If only I could give minus 10 stars I would!

Crap. Complete crap, and way too small, and very cheap. Do not oder from this company. 48 dollar crap and they say they will give 3 dollar refund, then 8 dollar refund. I went to UPS to return will cost 4 x's as much to return.

I recommend everyone not to fall into this trap. These people are thieves and scammers. I see people who say they received the product they ordered, but that's a lie. What they're doing is stealing people's money. I was robbed and then you have no way to complain. If there was a way to give it a -10 rating, these thieves would take it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! They send you the wrong size. When you notify them , all you get are generic emails. First, they want photos. Then they will offer you $3 and keep the item. Then $8 . They tell you to return at a cost of $20.
After weeks of trying to get my £50 back I have given up. Now I have a pair of poor quality boots that don't fit. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
