Had a very manky bathroom in a Victorian ex rental which was freezing cold all year round and so damp we had literal mushrooms growing in there. Dale Saunders ripped out the entirety, put in insulation (which explained why it was so freezing!) and did a full refit.
The end product is an absolute dream come true; beautifully put together with amazing finish, warm, dry and stunning. We can’t stop going in just to have a look. They kept the place as clean as possible when ripping out and rebuilding an entire room, worked incredibly hard and even returned to finish off a couple of bits that had been missed off the order (not their fault) once the fittings had arrived.
As two pretty unsocial people it could have been pretty daunting and uncomfortable having people in our house but Jay and H were an absolute pleasure to have around. Entirely professional and genuinely lovely people. Did I mention they worked ridiculously hard, finishing the job in under the time expected.
We are truly grateful and would absolutely recommend (especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jay and H as well!)

Just moved into Eastbourne and required and new modern boiler from an existing back boiler. So called on Dale and his team. Couldn’t of asked for more. From the initial call to office and spoke to Caroline she helped with what we needed and set up an install date. Carl, Will and Jordon the engineers over a 3 day period worked hard (8-5) clean and very professional. Any questions I had they answered with no query’s. Nothing was a problem I can’t thank them enough. Personally I would recommend dale Saunders and I would use them again.

I am really pleased with the excellent work done by Jordan, Lee and the rest of Dale's team. The new bathroom and cloakroom are outstanding. The team were highly professional, considerate, patient and friendly throughout.

We recently had two old radiators removed and two new ones installed in a different part of the room. Reese, the young man who did the job, was polite and accommodating and also highly skilled. The job involved removing floor boards etc and Reese was careful to clean up at every stage of the job. We are very happy to have found this company and will definitely use them again.

I have used Dale Saunders many times, for major projects as well as for small jobs. He is a brilliant project manager, ensuring that the different workers he employs - plumbers, electricians, plasterers, decorators - are all skilled, friendly, honest and reliable. He arranges the various aspects of the work so that they are timed to coordinate together, without any gaps where I would be waiting for the works to continue. His quotations are accurate and his work is reasonably priced. I can heartily recommend him.

Unable to stop a wall mounted Gas Fire from Leaking, even though new parts required were fitted, the fire still leaks.

Had to call out Gas Emergency 3 times to shut off all fires. Had Dale Saunders plumbers attend same fire four times and gave it two full services.

The plumber who serviced it on two occasions, and being the last occasion, this Tuesday 13th Jan 2022, is a very experienced plumber and seems very competent. But for some reason, even he cannot stop the fire from leaking, when it is on.

Have spent in total, £640.00 for the four fires to be serviced, and to fit two new parts, with the part being supplied direct from the manufactures for another £280.

Dale Saunders and I agreed for another service, to waive all their rights, and I agreed as so to get another service, that after Tuesdays service, i could not come back to them if it goes wrong again.

So now we have a fire that has had over £600 spent on it in labour and parts, and I now have to pay for a new plumber to try and rectify the problem, or Don’t use the said fire. Or get a mew fire.

Seems a bit unfair to be left in such a position, and they wondered why I lost my temper on a few occasions, and are now lucky enough to walk away Scott free.

So please be aware of their customer service and after sales. As Mr Saunders is not the easiest person to deal with. So if you do not like getting involved in disputes if things go wrong, please think about this firm.

I recently had my apartment renovated by Dale Saunders. This was a huge job, removing the redundant hot air heating system then re plastering ceilings and walls throughout. They also installed a new family bathroom, updated electrics fitted new oak doors to hallway cupboards and finally decorating throughout. I have to say that Dale and his crew kept me updated throughout all this. Work was completed on time and they left the apartment in a clean condition. I highly recommend this company, I’ve used them before and would definitely use them again.

Our gas heating failed suddenly on one of the coldest days so far this winter. In this day and age (and at this time of year), when tradespeople are so busy, I was amazed, when phoning Dale Saunders, they answered t immediately, and promised a plumber between 1pm and 5pm the following day. Ben arrived at about 1.30pm and very quickly identified the problem (or rather problems as we had two main issues). By 3pm, a new thermostat had been installed, a valve problem sorted out and advice given regarding our current system. Ben was a cheerful, helpful person and was a pleasure to talk to. I would certainly use Dale Saunders again and based on this experience, would happily recommend them.

Brilliant conversion from bathroom to shower room.
The entire room needed insulating and the work was carried out with minimum disruption to us.
Jamie and Harrison kept us informed of the scheduled work for each day and when the electrician, roofer and decorator would be working.
They cleaned as they worked and were professional, friendly and reliable.

I'm not a customer but an executor for a property that Dale Saunders worked on three years ago. They have been exceedingly helpful giving me answers to questions raised by the purchaser within 2 hours of me asking for help - on a Bank Holiday!

Words cannot express how grateful I am, I rang this morning after my newly delivered washing machine couldn't be fitted or the old one removed due to a seized up tap. Caroline in the office was absolutely amazing and so kind and by 11.30 all was sorted. The plumber was brilliant and very professional and even moved the old machine into the garden for me. I would highly reccomend Dale Saunders Ltd and wish them all a Very Happy Christmas because mine certainly is now.

Quote for replacement shower cubicle obtained. The job was scheduled quickly. Fitters were very considerate and polite. Site left clean and tidy. Excellent job done. Would definitely recommend.

We moved into a house a month ago and Dale did an inspection of the hearing before we bought it. We knew the boiler needed replacing as it was 30 years old. After buying Dale revisited and we agreed to have the whole heating and water system changed. As we were going away for 10 days we left him a key. He put a team to work and the whole job was done before we returned. We now have a warm house, new radiators, new water system and new shower. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and work.

Paid £70 call-out fee as I had a leaking electric shower. Plumber advised that an expensive electrical part needed replacing and that he would obtain a quote for this and get back to me. Several months have passed and I have heard nothing. Anyway, I now fixed the problem myself, which was due to nothing more than a limescale clogged shower head! I now feel that I should get my £70 back as their diagnosis was wrong and their follow up service was non-existent. Not sure I can vouch for this firms competence on this occasion, which is a shame as I have only, up to now, ever used Dale Saunders.

We highly recommend Dale Saunders. They've replaced both our kitchen & bathroom. Dale was really efficient, responsive, very knowledgeable and great at resolving the issues in an old building. Jay & Harrison were brilliant at keeping us involved as things progressed and the whole team on site were really professional. Overall excellent workmanship and good value.

Good value for money, good response to queries, very efficient and very good standard of workmanship. More than happy with the service and end result.

We would like to recommend Dale Saunders Ltd for ensuring our new bungalow became the investment of our lives.

We met him initially to install central and under-floor heating. Our previous builder pulled out at the last minute and he was able to take on the whole job, totally refurbishing our chalet bungalow.

He built a part loft conversion, installed a new domestic lift, replaced all windows, upgraded 2 bathrooms, installed central and under-floor heating and finally installed a new kitchen.

Dale is an excellent project- and man-manager.
