Ordered a Tampa Bay waffle hoodie on April 15th. Got confirmation, but never a tracking number. I keep getting emails that just advertise. They have $48 of mine and seems like a scam. Their return/refund policy is a joke. BUYER BEWARE

Purchased a jacket from them that was under-sized and they would not provide a way to return and get my money back.

I never got my sweater and emails will not stop but company does not respond to emails .......!!!!

Haven't received my order yet. Been waiting a month. Emailed support three times. The last 2 times no response back. buyer beware! Don't order from them!!!

Yes it is safe, I ordered March 20025, it is all good, I received the item I was expecting, the delivery took a while like 15-20 days the day I placed the order, the emails are a little bit confusing since you will receive an email saying “order shipped” than a separate one saying “Tracking number” saying “you should be able find your Tracking number attached to” a separate email” and then receive the actual email with the “tracking number of the order”

I honestly thought this was a scam, took quite a while to get my tracking number possibly because of holiday orders or the Canada Post strike, order took 2 months to come but was actually good quality, ordered 3 sweatshirts and all were great embroidery. Customer support was helpful and responsive besides the automated emails

I ordered a large thermal bottle for my daughter for Christmas. It’s absolutely beautiful and she loves it. The only problem I had was that it arrived after Christmas. I might have not seen if there was something stating how long it would take so I’m not going to hold that against the company.

Minisgiftshop is honestly one of my favorite places to order from, I had read reviews and thought when I got an email saying my order might be late due to holidays that the website was a scam. It is not a scam what so ever they are legit and honest, as well as very communicative. I emailed asking questions and they got right back to me, my order was exactly what I expected and it came sooner than I expected with holidays and all. I will continue coming back to this company they are awesome!

Honestly after reading all the other reviews I’m a bit surprised with everyone else’s feedback. I ordered a hoodie in early November and because of the Canada post strike it was stuck in California for over a month, I reached out to their support and they got back to me saying they would see what they could do, no response for a week so I reached out again. At this point I had very little expectations but they came and refunded me my order completely, I checked the day after Christmas and my package had arrived. So except long deliveries (not sure if it’s cause I live in Canada) but the company did right by me refunding my money and getting my package before Christmas so overall I’m happy.

Sweater is also very comfy!

This is a complete and total scam...do not order from here!! Ordered a Christmas present from here more than 5 weeks ago and never received it. The tracking number they send you is a scam. The email support bounces back as undeliverable. The phone number listed on the website doesn't ring. They sure didn't have any problems taking my money for my payment though.

Scam. Just don’t buy from them. They don’t ship and the tracking link they send you just pulls up address not found. I received an email asking if I got my package as if it was delivered and still nothing, plus I got an email saying there’s a chance my package could end up stolen and I need to pay attention?? What the heck?? What company does that like I’m sorry but that seems a little sus to me everyone knows package thieves are a thing but it raises red flags if you send emails saying you can’t do refunds if you don’t get your package. It seems to me like they don’t send out orders and use the excuse it may have been stolen.

Ight man I put 2 order back in late Aug 2024 & 1 was delivered smoothly & was really good keeping track on the order. While 2 took a while to confirm the order & send me the tracking # after 2 days later. I was happy till I checked where it is 4 days later after getting the # & it was never updated man like, yo man TF fuckn pieces of shiii no se pasan de verga give us our money back or the products we want!

Took a little longer than they said it would, but product arrived and the person it was for absolutely is in love with it. I would order again if I could find anything else I wanted but so far I have not.

This company is a scam I ordered a Tigger blanket for my new grand baby. It has been 30 days since I ordered and they claimed to have shipped my item. Still to this day I have not received any thing. And there is no way to track it either

Do not use this site! It’s a scam. No instagram link, no Facebook link, not Pinterest link. No number and the address is bogus!
Numerous attempts to contact them and received ZERO responses. The site looks legit but it’s a SCAM!!!

I was the unlucky one don't order from these crooks! It was the first week of December. I was searching for a blanket for my son for Christmas. The headline on the website says, "order now for Christmas!". So I found my item. I purchased it for almost$70.00. They didn't even accept the order for a week. Then sent a email saying it was "shipped" a week before Christmas. Well it's now Christmas Eve and still no gift.
I tried clicking the link for customer service and when I hit send it boots it back to me saying "address not found".
So I guess you live and learn. You know I'd rather have many return customers then one sucker every order. There are many many others saying the same thing
I'm very dissatisfied and I hope this helps the next person not get robbed.
Not so Merry Christmas this year son.... sorry.
