Daisy Mae Boutique is just lovely! I could not be happier with my purchase & with the caring & quick customer care I received. I love to shop local & to shop at small businesses. Daisy Mae Boutique is not local to me, but they are a small business & they really personally care about their reputation. They want & need for their customers to be happy. And they go out of their way to insure they have happy customers! Even though they are in Northern Ireland & I am in South Florida, I will for sure continue to check out their website first to see if I can buy from them! They were quick to reply to some questions I had about tracking. They were helpful with the tracking issue. The booties I purchased were packaged very well for overseas shipment & actually arrived very quickly! They even included a lovely thank-you note & a couple of packets of sweet candy treats! Incredible; I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately there was an inventory issue and they were out of stock. I was messaged to see if I wanted another pair, unfortunately I didn’t see any I wanted and requested a refund. However the lady said she may have a pair in her wardrobe! I said I couldn’t possibly take them as they were hers! However, she found them and reassured me it was ok and she hadnt worn them and wanted me to have them. So so so kind of her, whenever I wear them I will think of her :)

Delivery time was brill as always. The only let down was royal mail. My parcel came well and truly wrecked. Gutted that the box the shoes came in as they are irregular choice and the box is part of this make. Even thou the package looked like royal mail had played football with it I have given 5 stars as it was mot daisymaes fault x

I was happy to find a Tazmanian themed bag on their site, at a better price than so many others. I was a little nervous because I never knew of them until my daughter showed me a product from the Irregular Choice website and when I searched for the Taz bag the Daisy Mae site came up as well.

I love the bag, it’s so beautiful and perfect!!! It is truly outstanding and not like anything I’ve seen before. Taz is one of my cartoon boyfriends; I grew up watching him and I have been trying to collect his merchandise. I am THRILLED to have this bag! I also bought another style of bag for my daughter’s birthday. I am a little disappointed that with spending over $200 USD, I didn’t receive a coupon or anything, to apply to another purchase. Meanwhile the shipping was quite fast, coming from the UK to FL. Purchased on September 1st and received on September 8th.

First class service with first class products. I will be back for more. Thank you.
