What a fabulous company. I value how fresh and local their milk is plus its great to see how many varieties of milk on offer. We particularly love the oat milk which is from Wild & Furrow in Leicestershire.

I have been a customer of Dairy2Door for some years now. I find their service totally reliable, and the products they sell good value for money. I particularly like their free range eggs, which are the biggest and best I have ever bought. They offer a wide range of products, which is useful, with special items for Christmas and other special times. I am currently studying their Christmas catalogue. Phone calls have always been answered promptly and courteously by a very helpful person.

I've been using Dairy2door since they took over the round from my last milkman. I can't praise them highly enough. I know that, no matter how bad the weather, my order will be available on the doorstep when I get up. I have had no problems contacting them via email. They always respond very quickly to any requests I make, such as changing my order and giving them my holiday dates. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been using Dairy2Door for over 2 years. It's like a robot that visits in the night, the efficiency is off the scale :-) EXCELLENT service. When I want to change my order the phone is answered immediately, and what I've asked for is carried out. The milk is delivered REALLY EARLY (this is what customers want) so, if I'm going out, it's not sat outside all day.
I've had various people knocking on my door offering a cheaper milk delivery but I'm not interested. What's more important to me is the efficency of this delivery operation. Thank you Dairy2Door and thank you to my delivery person (Tom) :-)

Always recieved my order on time the customer service was 100% spot on they walked me threw everything, answered/ rephased answer when I was wasn't 100% sure what they where saying they are the 1st diary service I've used and will continue use. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Excellent service from Dairy2Door. Have been a customer of theirs for several years, and my milk is always on the doorstep before breakfast. Easy to cancel or alter orders online. On the odd occasion when I have had to contact them about a query, their response has always been prompt, polite and helpful. Highly recommend Dairy2Door.

I'd recommend Dairy2Door - we have been using them since they started delivering to our area. It makes life much easier and I can adjust our delivery via WhatsApp if necessary.

Great service providing milk, bread and food staples right to your door. Easy to order and to contact. Friendly and responsive. Have known our milkman to clamber over rubble on our daughter’s driveway when it was renovated to make sure the delivery was there for her! We began with Dairy2door in Covid at our previous address and I was reassured to learn that they could continue when we moved.

I have used this company for a couple of years for a regular milk delivery. I have found them to be reliable, helpful and flexible. It is easy to set up a regular order, amend it if required and pause for holidays. It's wonderful to have fresh milk on my doorstep. I also like the 'eco' aspect as I am trying to cut down on the amount of plastic I buy. Recyclable glass bottles is the main reason I started my milk delivery. I also like the fact that I'm supporting a small local company.

I am happy to give Dairy2Door a good review. I have used them since 2020 and I enjoy regular deliveries of (for me, organic, but they have the full range) milk twice a week.

I first started using Dairy2Door milk deliveries in order to cut down on my plastic waste - milk cartons were a large part of my plastic pollution that I now don't have to worry about.

What I particularly appreciate about Dairy2Door is that you can contact a human being - by phone or email and, I presume, by post: you don't have to try and communicate via a website. Whenever I want to make changes to my orders, or make new orders, I just get in touch and I get a swift response letting me know that everything is going ahead as I requested.

During periods where I have been ill and unable to shop, and during lockdown, I have regular deliveries and a choice of many grocery items plus even garden compost. The garden compost is delivered to your door so that you don't have to even leave the house.

This means I am never without my cups of tea and coffee, nor without eggs and dairy products, even when I suddenly find myself unable to get out and about.

Since moving from a town to a village we noticed quite a few of our neighbours were using Dairy2Door and we decided to give it a go. That was two years ago and we have never looked backed, it's such a brilliant service and we never run out of milk! It's very easy to run your account online, keep up to date with payments and activate holidays when you are away. As well as milk, you can also purchase lots of other fresh and store cupboard products. We don't have the luxury of a village shop and Dairy2Door has become a kind of mobile substitute for all those essentials you don't want to run out of. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a go, you won't be disappointed!
