Dainton  Anmeldelser

Lee and Marc have been helpful and understanding at every point during the last 10 months - this is the 3rd time we have used Daintaon's and it is unlikely to be the last!

David in Bridgend has been so helpful from my first enquiry to completing the contract.
He was friendly, explained everything and very welcoming.
The storage container was clean and very accessible.
Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The process from start to finish was smooth and Ian was very informative.

Ian and his team did everything in their powers to make our time at Dainton fantastic. Moving house and relocating is a stressful time and having to put all your possessions into storage could potentially make even more stressful. However this was not the case with Ian and his team they made it all very straightforward. Excellent thank you. Cheers Peter & Kerrie

Great experience with Dainton.Used it for our business. Secure, well maintained site. Staff are fantastic. Key fob for access before opening hours and after closing. Toilet facility. Accepted deliveries on our behalf and let us know when they had arrived. Would highly recommend.

Great helpful staff, a pleasure to do business with them.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The units are all kept clean.

A well-maintained and secure unit. Professionally run and no problems throughout our stay. Site managed by Paul Beacham who gave great support when required. Would recommend this company.

I have held storage in different configurations with Daintons Barnstaple for over 5 years and I'd recommend the storage facilities, but most importantly the team of Lee the Manager and his deputy Marc, who are hugely committed to ensuring the customer experience is the best. Lee and Marc always respond promptly and accurately to requests and questions which occasionally arise and ensure every time that they produce a solution if one is needed. They take pride in the facility and constantly maintain and clean the whole areas so that you know your storage is safe, secure and most importantly dry and free from pests which could contaminate your possessions.
I would recommend Daintons every time on that basis.
The only request at a corporate level is that there be access time to inside storage in out of hours as offered by some other providers , but this is a corporate and not local decision !

Friendly and clear communication, good value and very helpful. Storage unit was in good condition. We stored our home contents for a few months while we were between homes and everything was fine. Access was easy and paperwork all went smoothly.

Excellent service. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Fully explained the process at the start, dealt with any issues very quickly and communication was top notch.

This is the second time I’ve used Dainton at this site and the customer service delivered by Paul has again been second to none - highly recommended

Fantastic help and the site is so clean and well kept , will use again if I need to thanks

Perfect from start to finish. Helpful, respectful and clear communication throughout out time with Dainton. Ian at the desk ensured that even as a female customer I felt safe and supported.

So glad we chose Paignton Dainton Storage.

I highly recommend.

Paul has been very helpful throughout our time using Dainton. Setting up new storage facilities was simple and efficiently done. Any requests for assistance have been responded to very promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend using Dainton Newport Storage facilities.

The experience @ Dainton was enhanced by the helpfulness of Tim, his knowledge, professionalism and experience made the procedure from start to finish a smooth transition.

I would highly recommend Dainton due to Tim.

Thank you very much Tim for all your help.

Ian runs a friendly and efficient service on behalf of Dainton. Always helpful when advice is required. An all round great service. Highly recommended

Needed some storage at short notice for a short period of time, so I got in touch with the Swansea depot. They had a great deal on and made the whole process really easy to arrange!
Chris P was super helpful and gave me advice whenever I needed it.
Only had to give 7 days' notice to hand the storage locker back, which was really convenient.
Would definitely recommend!

The guys at Par units were very helpful and explained the system well.
A clean 20' container was rented for a month while my son was moving home.
The site was secure and secure locking on the container.
My second time of renting here.
There was an error in my deposit return but it was quickly resolved.
Recommended storage company.
