Dainton  Anmeldelser

Jamie and his team from Dainton have been amazing, we purchased a unit from them a couple years back and recently needed to move the unit to a new location which raised a few issues technically but Jamie stepped in and assisted without any hesitation and went totally above and beyond to help
The move was successful and would not have been possible without the help of the team at Dainton!
We could not recommend them enough! 👍👍👍

David was very friendly, helpful & professional. Prompt service with a good quote & availability. Straight forward & no fuss solution for storage of our household goods shipped from Australia...easy to recommend. A+

We have had a storage unit at Dainton for many years and in those years have never had any reason to complain.

We used Dainton Self Storage during our move to North Devon and couldn't have been happier with the service. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, and the team were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
The storage unit was clean, secure, and easy to access, which made a stressful house move much easier to manage.

Nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt confident that our belongings were safe.

I would highly recommend Dainton Self Storage to anyone needing storage in North Devon. Thank you for making our relocation so much smoother!

Lee and Marc made me feel valued as a customer. They were helpful in explaining the charges, discounts, access arrangements and insurance requirements. As well as providing tips on the best way to make the most of the container.

Big thanks to Stan and the team at Dainton Storage Heathfield.
Booking our storage container was so easy, and the site was accessible as we required (even when filling our container between Christmas & New Year)
All our belongings were exactly has we had left them - safe & secure.
Would 100% recommend!

Solid service, helpful staff. Issues sorted quickly

Lee has been so helpful and supportive in my complicated move from the IOW. Dates kept changing but we arrived in the end to a lovely unit with excellent access and road conditions, including a few well made and cared for plant containers. Lee and Marc even offered a cup of tea to my Removals team! Lee has patiently explained and taught me to use security lock and open the unit in a friendly, supportive way. I feel safe to access the sight, especially during the extensive opening hours and feel confident that out of hours would also be fine. I can’t recommend Dainton Storage in Barnstaple highly enough. So happy to store here.

Excellent experience. Couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended 👌

Staff very helpful and polite, offering without asking if I needed assistance with some heavy loading

The staff were very helpful and understanding. They did a great job and they really do monitor and check the storage units. Would use them again

Using Dainton storage to support a house move also for general storage, absolutely fantastic.
Staff are always helpful and accommodating, site is well organised and secure. Would highly recommend.
Thanks

Just hired a storage container and Dave was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail.

Rented a parking space for my camper at the Newport branch. Paul was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and organised. Top notch, highly recommended.

Dealt with Ian from the Paignton branch and Tim at the Torquay branch, both of them where friendly and helpful.
Phenomonal service, no complaints, would happily recommend!

Excellent service, very helpful staff, Kelvin was a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second unit I’ve rented at Dainton’s. The location is very convenient and the quality of units is excellent.
Lee John the manager provides outstanding personal support and nothing is too much trouble. The premises are spotless and if you need anything Lee will go the extra mile to help.
Many thanks. I can recommend this business without reservation.

Very responsive staff, good access, easy to use

Great service from start to finish, especially Tom. Have had a storage unit for 6 months our first was unsuitable for our needs, no problem to move. Communication great, always someone there to help. Great units very happy to recommend all at Redruth branch.

Very helpful staff, clean, dry storage. Just perfect for my needs.
