To be able to continue to provide you with this service, we do need to charge a small fee for instant transfers. This ensures that we can continue to support you and provide you with the gold standard level of service we are known for. Next day transfers are free, we don’t charge for those😃

Hey there! Sometimes the updates to your available balance can be delayed by the type of work you’re doing, how it’s being reported, or how much data your company’s payroll department is entering at one time. We ask that you allow up to three days for account balances to update.
Needs to give money said day instead of next day it would really be helpful for emergency
It would help to get funds same day instead of next day for very important emergencies

I love getting some of my pay earlier, I don't like it when i can't get over the weekend.I would have to wait for Monday to come around to get the rest of my unavailable money.Fix that please.Because if my pay period is every Wednesday then i want what's unavailable to me on that Fiday. This is a predatory lender,you get trapped into this on going cycle of borrowing your own money,but the fees rack up..they aren't transparent at all..I feel like they took some of my money,the math wasent mathing..because it dosent show you anything other than what your getting..Ill never get into that trap again..not worth it.

This card is ok. The transfer fees are a bit much. Some purchases come with a hold charge that is ridiculous. For example if my purchase is $28 DailyPay holds $34 until it's processed. I used to use this card for bills and then found that I would get denied because of the floating hold amount.

What makes daily pay good for me is because when I need to use it for bills and groceries Im able to transfer quickly and do what I need to do. I just wish the fee was lower, but other than that it's good.

Next to impossible to leave this place
Next to impossible to leave this place. They REPLACE your regular payroll and it takes weeks to get them to do what’s necessary to change payroll.
I cannot cancel them. I have requested, and they do it on their own time. Weeks. Maybe months….
