Order took longer than most online retailers (once again misleading based on the name Daily Aussie leading you to believe it’s an Australian company) but the worst part was the poor quality of the garment the pictures are deceiving what you get is almost a see through material colour does not match and after $80 we were only offered 15% refund or 30% credit voucher. Terrible.
Absolute scam, the adds are AI generated so what you receive is nothing like what you see.
Very poor quality and impossible to return
I received my order and was very disappointed. The product looked nothing like what I had ordered and the quality was terribly poor. I emailed to request a refund and have heard nothing
The products are sent from China and take a very long time. Nothing Australian about this company. Products are sub standard, cheap feeling and nothing like what is advertised. Neck holes are too small, sizing is way out, and I used their sizing chart. The returns process is non existent, I have been emailing them constantly for 2 weeks requesting a return, have not received one email back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Delivery wait time was a lot longer than advertised. The products I received were very poor quality and all sized differently. The fabric on some was stretchy polyester and some with no stretch. Terrible for Aussie climate. They were all sewn around the neck with white thread even on darker fabric, no facings or even binding.
When I requested a refund I was told to return them and had to return to China- not Australia. I printed the address direct from the email. I had to pay $62 for this privilege. Then no further answers to any emails. Months later the parcel turns back up at my house! It wasn’t collected at the other end. I am so angry.
Delivery was well over quoted time. When arriverd the clothes were very poor quality, and wrong size. I requested goods return information, in accordance with the website information, and they did not respond to my request.
Do not purchase clothes from these people.
Do not buy from this company! Basically a scam! You will get something but, nothing like what you believe you have ordered! Order a knitwear item and you’ll get something very different. Some garment cut from cloth and sewn together. No tags and you probably won’t get an invoice so returning the product will be difficult!
The item they sent was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the ad. It wasn’t even the same colour. Worth nowhere near the $75 I paid.
Naturally I sent a return request. I’ve not receoived the promised return form or even an acknowledgment form. So much for their commitment to customer service.
Scam alert - I bought 2 jumpers off this site. The first one was supposed to be a knit and it's a weird kind of polyster fabric. The second is supposed to be cashmere and is some kind of synthetic blend. Have tried to return but not heard back. The Facebook ads were great. Really annoying and total waste of money.
Disgraceful quality & ill fitting. DO NOT BUY THEIR GARMENTS as they are rubbish. I doubt anyone will buy from the Op Shop where my garments have gone!

If I could give a 0 star I would. The website is misleading, fabric and quality of the items are extremely poor and not what is advertised on the website . Delivery took over 4 weeks and return process is extremely difficult. Total waste of money. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting $150 on complete rubbish. Do not purchase from this store
