S C A M SCAM SCAM
Definitely a scam site…I have written multiple emails and had no response. We saved our hard earned money to only get scammed.
Sent an email to the refunds email address stated in other reviews and no response.
Will be taking this further to get my money back.

They are responding on here asking for everyone's PayPal details, don't do it they are just looking for new ways to steal more
of people's money. I emailed them twice on Their new email address and they don't respond to that either, they are just buying time. Contact the police. It's a crime in Australia to flog people's money and not give it back. Whoever this person is they are disgusting and I'll make sure they don't get away with it! Refund me!

I ordered some outdoor furniture and have not had any delivery. I have tried tracking my order and contacting Daiiwa, but their website is not able to be opened anymore. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE CHEATS!!! I shall be reporting them to ACCC and the Police

Ordered a set of chairs, the tracking email does not have any tracking information and the website no longer works. No replies from contacting them via phone and email including the email provided in these review responses. It has almost been a month. I am not giving the business my PayPal account in order to process a refund, this is definitely a scam and it’s not the method I paid with. I am sending it to ACCC and fair trading if I don’t receive a refund notification. I have already contacted the platform that hosts the website. Also why don’t you have access to the emails anymore?

I ordered a wardrobe from them using shop pay. Order never came. I can not track it nor open the shop site.

I to have had a bad experience with this company.
Made 2 orders in January they were marked as shipped, no tracking number one order has now disapeared of the shop tracking site. The Aust web site is no longer so can only come to the assumption that it is a SCAM.
Well after you explanation just maybe you should of had more communication with clients. I will review my rating after I receive my credit That I will request now now.
I have now been reimbursed for my purchases which was very prompt.

I orsered an item from daiiwa using shoppay ( a shopify company) and got a message sayibg item was shipped thats it. Never arrived not replying to my emails cant see the order or store now either. dont buy anything from these guys they are a scam. Must have collected millions of innocent customers money by now.

i ordered an item and have not received it weeks later (1402) . i’ve tried to contact via email several times and now the emails are undeliverable and website can’t be found. i will be taking this matter further with the proper channels. it’s a scam website.

We also ordered a buffet & hutch (order #1231) in December. Received email confirming they took payment but goods never arrived. Tracking link doesn’t work & email doesn’t go through.
We want our refund.

We ordered a buffet hutch from this company early Jan and the same story as everyone seems to be having. goods are meant to have been shipped but no tracking details and no goods received. We also tried the email account, no response. Left various voice mails and you guessed it no calls back. We have now lodged a formal complaint with afterpay. It would be interesting to see if we have any luck.

Not received goods - website is down and tracker for shipping not available.

Scammed by this website and no money back.
Do not use Afterpay they will continue to take funds from your account even when you don't receive item. Paypal has money back if item not received. Be warned. Do not use Afterpay....

THIS IS IBSOLUTELY SCAMMER
I PLACED A ORDER MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AND ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED, I CANNOT FIND DAIIWA WEBSITE ANYMORE THEN REPLY EMAIL FROM DAIIWA CONFIRMED PAYMENT BUT FAILED ALSO THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER SO CANNOT REACH TO THEM.

I have also been scammed. A birthday present that never arrived. Take my money and then NOTHING.
Refund my money so i can spend it in an honest store. I have sent you an email with my order number and amount i was robbed of. Order number 1588 $102.99
My pay pal account is is in my email sent to your refunds email. Hopefully that is genuine.

I have tried to contact you through the email that you sent to confirm my order. You gave no tracking number or contact emails. This email bounced back and i have not been able to contact you any other way.
I have only found this email through Trustpilot.
Very alarming to see so many people being scammed.
Dawaii replied to this message stating i would get my refund back in 5 days. Its now day seven and i get asked to send a screen shot of my order and account details. Are you just stringing me along. You say you have no old emails. Why?? You must have some sort of business record if i give you my order number. Please refund my money today and end this crap. Thank you

Would just like to add that i did eventually receive my refund. So there is hope people, just keep emailing them.

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR AN ITEM IN DECEMBER AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHEN I LOG INTO THEIR SITE IT SAYS ORDER FULFILLED. I HAVE EMAILED THEM BUT GET NO REPLY; THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER.
THE COMPANY DAIIWA APPARENTLY CONTACTED ME AFTER I WROTE THIS REVIEW AND SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND IF I EMAILED MY NAME AND ADRESS BUT NOTHING EVENTUATED. Scam

Further to this post the company refunded me the amount I paid. I was very surprised and grateful.

I ordered 3 sets of 4 outdoor chairs, received a email saying order was shipped, no tracking number provided. Have emailed and received no response, have tried calling a mobile number no one answers. Website has since disappeared. Fortunately I used Afterpay so will contact them to investigate.

Looks like I have been scammed by Daiiwa too. Still waiting on a TV cabinet but no tracking and no response to email.
I was emailed to advise that I was going to receive a refund, but still waiting!!

I ordered chairs and no update… im reporting this to cybersecurity…. 5 days ago they mentioned refund was pricessed… they updated the review now asking me to provide acct details … dont worry police is on to u guys….

This is a scam website. I ordered 2 garden trellis and bamboo arch 20 days ago and have not been delivered as advertised delivery will be 5-15 days. There is no way to track your order, they dont respond to emails and can not be contacted.
At the time of payment the website kept rejecting my payment through PayPal so I just payed with my debit credit card. Now I think the website deliberately declined PayPal as I can dispute and get my money back appose to paying card because by the time you realise you’ve been scammed it’s been too long and pretty much impossible to get your money back.
