If I could put no stars then I would. Absolutley diabolical customer service. They will not process your refund, and you have to fork out to pay to return! Do not order from here!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. The dresses I bought were the the cheapest nastiest things I have ever seen. Completely see through and wonky. They told me they would refund me, over 3 months later still no refund and it cost me an extra £30 to return the items! It's criminal. They should be shut down. I really hope this will help someone else not make the same mistake I did. Please avoid.

I wish I read these reviews before! 0 stars if possible. Waited 11 business days for my item to be shipped. I emailed asking what was going on. They ignored me and didn’t provide any updates and never shipped it. I’m convinced that ‘Maisie’ from customer service isn’t a real person. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back. SCAM COMPANY BEWARE.
From the looks of these reviews, they clearly spend more time focused on replying to reviews than actually sorting their sh*t out.
Update - it’s been 4 week since I placed my order, and they have still not shipped it and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Awful quality, won’t refund the money!
They said they dresses are ‘made to order’ absolutely not! I am beyond gutted I spent so much money & now nothing, the dresses aren’t even the size they’re supposed to be!
Do yourself a favour & don’t buy from here. Thank me later!!!!

I would like to give Dahlia and Grace zero stars as from start to finish this company is horrendous..the quality and colours of the dresses on the site look amazing..very misleading..along with their returns policy.
Little did I know that this is a China based company not English as I thought..if known would of given an indication of poor quality..
Returns are impossible they try and palm you off with a discount..then ignore you so it’s longer than 14 days..I went through my bank (luckily paid on my credit card £140 ) it has now been in the hands of the bank and they want me to post to china..I’ve gone back to my bank and hopefully they’ll refund me..it’s been going on since the beginning of September..!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS..you might as well just throw your money in the bin..!!!

Ordered a dress and took over 3 weeks to come. When it did come, it was completely see through.

Tried to return this item, all to be told i would be offered 10% of the original price. After going back and fourth a maximum of 25% was offered.

Staff were more than unhelpful and did not care that the order was well over £50+. Really diappointing and you should avoid at all costs.

This is a SCAM! Extremely poor quality, cheap material, incorrect sizing. I bought a dress in size 12-14 and it did not fit. It was too small, I couldn't zip it up. Very disappointed!

Terrible company. Like many others I’ve had little to no support around returns and refunds. I ordered 4 dresses the quality of 3 of them were horrendous and cheap they also don’t come with tags on so can’t even re sell as new with tags.
Seems this company avoids returns and refunds so you end up stuck with the items.
Also delivery was over their time frame

Absolute load of rubbish! Also they do not accept returns on ANY SALE items . I ordered 2 dresses at £30 each , they took 3 weeks to arrive , when they did they were the WORST quality items , poor sizing and generally awful. So I have 2x Dresses that even a scarecrow would be ashamed of wearing! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE .0 star

Do not use this company! Total scam, the quality of the clothes is poor, their refund policy is a joke and even when followed correctly they will not return your money even when promised by 'Maisie' in customer services.

Bought a dress for 70€ in October and came 3 weeks later.
Was so cheap and did not look like the dress I ordered. Thought it was a UK site but the dress came from China. Very disappointed especially after having to pay a high amount when I could've gotten something better off Shein!! Don't buy from this site, total SCAM.

I ordered 3 dresses all which are not as described. I sent the dresses back to CHINA the return address and have since been changing my refund for 3 MONTHS and they are now ignoring me. My bank cannot help as it’s been over 120 days and I paid £73 for these dresses and £20 out of my own money to post them back… I am now £93 out of pocket!!!! TOTAL SCAM. I am now in contact with the UK International Consumer Centre to help me resolve this!!!

The material, quality and sizing is worst than anything from Temu or Shein, yet they’ve got dresses for $200+

I have been is a back and forth argument over a refund where ‘Maisie’ likely A.I. With how they’re blatantly not reading my responses!

They're refusing to refund based on the refund policy, even though I’m well in my right for a refund, ACCORDING TO THEIR EFFING REFUND POLICY!

Horrible customer service experience.

Avoid ordering at all costs!
I purchased three dresses for my baby shower which totalled to £109, none of the dresses were suitable and I followed the returns procedure. Not only did I have to pay £28 to send the items back to China (which is the same cost as one of the dresses), I still paid it as £109 is a lot of money to lose. I sent it through tracked delivery via Royal Mail and could see the merchant had received my parcel on the 5th September. It is now the 30th October and I have still not received my refund! I tried contacting customer service and I was told they would look into this, I have since chased them on this and I have heard nothing back! Absolute scam, avoid at all cost, you will never get your money back. I now have to dispute this transaction with my bank.

Do not buy from this company. I bought 3 dresses, at £125 and we are now in October and I am still waiting for a refund. £31 to be sent back to china to have the items arrive at my door 3 months later. They are point blank refusing to give me my money back and using delay tactics like “we have escalated this further” it’s all lies!!!! Do not fall for these fake online boutiques who scam and rob peoples money, when it’s all fake cheap items. And Maisie from customer service needs sacking as she copy and pastes every single email on repeat just to get you off there backs. They are breaking UK consumer rights and don’t even care. I have reported the company to trading standards

The skirt was lovely but ran a bit small on the waist. The quality is fine, just not quite the perfect fit for me. Delivery was fast though, so no complaints there.

Do not use this company.
Long delivery times and the product is not what they advertise. Very cheap and badly made.
The returns policy is a joke, wouldn't accept the product back and only got a partial refund of 25%.
Thought dealing with a UK company but it's China.
Terrible experience.

Do not order from this company! They use Evri who are utterly useless with zero customer care. This makes achieving a refund for items not delivered virtually impossible. Their customer care emails are slow, unhelpful and downright rude.
They are currently refusing to refund £50 for a dress i never received, despite acknowledging it was not delivered. Their current position is that they will refund 75% only when the dress is received back to their warehouse. Evri stating they returned it. Complete waste of time and money. AVOID.
