Their rewards program is great and they offer nice incentives to keep customers coming back.
I think their entire business model is perfect and hope they continue on with their excellent customer service into the future.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a bass drum head featuring my band’s logo. The website is very user-friendly and simple to navigate. I took advantage of a promotion for my second purchase. The price is very affordable.

This transaction was purely seamless. Like a fingerboard, whose glue line is invisible from the neck. Being a fellow New Yorker, who resides in Boise, Idaho now and supporting Daddario strings gives me a sense of pride!! Always the most consistent and they’ve always been improving so thank you so much!!

It is a little difficult for me to figure out how to apply reward points. I can't make a suggestion other than maybe just have the points available at checkout with a "yes or no" use question without having to go back and forth looking for them. I am an old guy and don't navigate websites very well.

Players Circle website very easy to navigate now that they've ironed out the initial little bugs and I have got used to the new format. Delivery times are always excellent too !

Overall it was good, one thing is that the first time 15% discount wouldn't load, and I tapped the button multiple times. Thankfully the rest of the website worked.

Easy to use website.. earn points for each purchase which go to price discounts on various items. Good variety of products.

Led to Daddario from a free product promo that subtly tricks you. Got there with a QR code but STILL had to manually enter a long code anyways. Also, had to register for multiple things, then in "Players Circle" couldnt find the product in question at all, despite finding "gear". Went back eventually found the regular Daddario shop, and got my stuff put in there. Then somehow I approved payment without approving it. So 2 registrations, I have to go hunt 2 sites for item and check out, and I paid before I gave consent (and your shipping is ridiculous but somehow it was free once I applied the points), except for 75 cents. The economic value extracted from this is bad for you.

Bang boom out. Plus I applied points, so it's like I got an item free.

It was confusing to use points. Placed order # KNZXYIPRU and my points $28.13 that was shown in checkout was not credited and I did put in the amount and said apply.
How can this be corrected. Dissapointed.

It was easy to shop for and pick what items I wanted to purchase. I also appreciated the email notification of my points value so I could decide to shop and use my points to help pay for my purchased items. No customer service agents' help was needed.

It was easy to find the product of interest and to use my points toward the purchase. Having the ability to build up credits toward future purchases is a real motivator.

My experience went well because of several factors. First, the product on sale displayed both regular and sale price. Second, building your own string feature was a big part of buying and educating myself about your products. Finally, the ease of using your website. Great job to you and your crew.

Tried to switch from Ernie Ball but strings did not even last for 1 rehearsal.. Broke two strings during the first hour of playing... Never again!... If you play feather light maybe they will last? The tone is good but they have no place on a workhorse! And the price to me is a joke.

I emailed in to say I was surprised that a tuner bought in 2023 had stopped working. They answered my email in a few minutes and helped me troubleshoot. Once it became clear the device had malfunctioned, the company offer to send me a new one free of charge, even though it was way beyond the guarantee.
