Bought a nice kaftan that I can mix and match with my other outfits and wear it multiple times. Staff were friendly and loved the services here in their Gold Coast store

The pieces I bought are a good fit and comfy , great for travel as no need to iron .

I bought the santorini skies kaftan dress from Czarina and it is absolutely beautiful I am very pleased and feel a million dollars in my dress!

I bought the White Leopardess Maxi Dress with gorgeous long sleeves and absolutely love it!
The delivery came super fast, the dress is stunning and very high quality too!
I highly recommend Czarina luxury label!

If there was an option to give a 0 star..I would!
* 0 Star for comunication, emails are only answered by automated ones that say " we're having system error" or " we're having a high amount of inquiries" yep..all the unsatisfied customers!
* 0 Star for poor quality of product, I purchased a twin set, the top was not to true size, and different shade of pink to the bottom. Definitely not worth the $400
* 0 Star for delivery process, i waited 8 weeks, from day of ordering to delivery at my front door. My emails were not replied by a human, and I had no idea and no way of getting some answers.
* 0 Star for return policy, its been 2 weeks now, since I received my order, and emailed for a return and refund...more automated emails!

I will never purchase from Czarina again! Once they take your $$ they dont care about you.. Customer Service is appalling and non existant!

I bought two items in December 2025. It is now April 2026, and I have still not received my items. I have reached out several times to the company, enquiring on delivery status and then even asking for a refund. They take 7-10 days to reply and always promise it will come the next week. Excuses are ridiculous. I have still not received my items nearly four months later.
No product and no refund.
Disgraceful behaviour.
I am going to Fair Trading NSW.

The reason there are lots of negative reviews is because of the appalling customer service and dishonourable tactics used,
- to wait 6 months to get your money back is ‘negative and true’.
- to be accused of wearing an item that you returned in the condition you received it in - unworn, all labels attached and in original packaging is ‘negative and true’.
- to be strung along with meaningless emails and false promises is ‘negative and true’.
- to be lied too and deceived about ‘no returns allowed as it was a FINAL SALE ‘ when it in fact it was not. Company did not want to honour the ‘returns’ policy is ‘negative and true’.
- to make the customer fight for their consumer rights is ‘negative and true’.
- for the company Czarina to withhold a product and not return monies/and/or product is ‘negative and true’.
- To steal and live off other people’s money is ‘negative and true’. (as I had to contact the bank to be made whole). Czarina was happy to have both the money and the product .
- to only be offered your money back if you removed an honest, factual review is ‘ negative and true’.
I do agree that some of the products are stunning as I have some lovely pieces and had no trouble in attaining them etc. however, if you want a return product that has a ‘fault, and is not as described’ then be prepared for the negative, appalling customer service - true.
I actually gave Czarina 5 stars for the ‘absolutely exquisite dress’ I received.
This happened to me - a true and factual account.
This company needs to be accountable for their actions or lack of them.

Wow! Just received my latest Czarina kaftan. Quickly dispatched too.It is honestly so darn beautiful. I’m absolutely thrilled!!! I love this brand so much and I’ve been buying from Czarina for years and have too many kaftans and dresses to count.Their beautiful designs never let me down!!!!…. My review is true and factual and I do not know the owners. I have no idea why there are so many nasty and negative reviews as my experience over 10 years has always been wonderful and positive! 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. My next step will be attending their shop in person and demanding a refund for the items that unfortunately I doubt will never be posted. I have been waiting two months now. Lie after lie about postage. I think the positive reviews here must be friends or relatives. They will be held responsible though.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I purchased an item in October 2025 and have been trying to receive a refund or credit note since. The sizing is massively incorrect! Not one of my several emails have been responded to or my messages on What’s App. Zero customer service and given the volume of negative reviews I am surprised this company is still operating. DO NOT purchase from this appalling company. Unfortunately I read the negative reviews and hoped they weren’t accurate but unfortunately they are 100% correct! I will be contacting ACCC, Fair Trading NSW and my bank to seek return for the cost of the dress.

I love these products
However I have ordered 3 items to wear to a wedding 5 weeks ago.
I still have received the items, not have they replied to my email. I have now contacted ACCC.
I won't my items now or my money back. I am so fed up.

I ordered 3 tank tops on January 24th 2026, I not received any info!!! checked my credit card and sure enough the charge went through. I have emailed 4 times asking about order. nothing!!!!

I ordered Jan 4 2026 and have not received my items. I keep getting generic emails about how busy they are, how its slow fashion etc. When I respond to that I get another generic email saying it will be sent this week. And we go around and around. No product yet I spent a small fortune on items. Wished I had come here first

After reading all the negative reviews for this company I wish I had done so before I spent a small fortune on a dress for a wedding. Obviously I’m not going to get it in time for the wedding and this company is virtually uncontactable I tell you this dress will want to be good if I ever receive it . Absolutely disgusting customer service .

I accidentally ordered and paid for two of the same top. I have emailed numerous times to cancel one and requesting a refund on one. I have not heard anything at all. I had previously had good service, but am very disappointed that I have heard nothing at all.

I received my first purchase from Czarina today and I wasn’t disappointed! The kaftan is absolutely stunning and will be perfect for a planned birthday event. The item arrived within a few days and was beautifully packaged. Love, love, love it and can’t wait to purchase more items!
Update: I’ve since bought 3 more dresses from Czarina for a forthcoming overseas trip. They all arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful! I only post genuine reviews and am happy to say that my experience has been completely positive!

Very dishonest seller. The trousers I received were marked XS but wouldn’t have fit an 8-year old. Very tiny. The merchant would have been aware that the clothing wouldn’t fit when despatched and yet sent anyway. Now fighting to get a refund. The clothing wasn’t not marked as final sale and even if it were, under Australian Consumer Law, the seller must refund when the items have been misdescribed.

I love the product. The service is terrible. I've been waiting a month now. And they tell me they have multiple warehouses. So it takes a month to ship from a warehouse in Australia to Australia.

Received parcel in good order. Thank you for service. Great Christmas gift for family members.
