We have had a wonderful 3 week holiday staying in Siena Villa, Coral Bay. Lovely property with a lovely large swimming pool in a brilliant location. I can’t praise Cyprus Villa Retreats enough. Their response to any queries raised have been addressed immediately, even out of hours. Their support team who visit the properties are extremely friendly, helpful and care about the service they provide. If you are looking for a responsible and professional agent to book your holiday with, I am more than happy to recommend Cyprus Villa Retreats!

We loved the location and the Villa. Everything was perfect. Communication was great too.

Communication was very easy and a pleasure.
When we arrived and the pool was a little dirty, we contacted CVR and they were able to get the pool cleaned within 30 mins,
The Villa itself is very clean and comfortable. We have used CVR twice now and will definitely continue to use them for future holidays.

Wow wow wow. What can we say. This place is amazing. Even better than the pictures! Amazing pool. Spacious rooms. And outside bar which is something I truly want to take home. Everything you need is here. The views are to die for. Everywhere is air-conditioning. IF you dont come stay here at least once in your life, your missing out on something special. We will be back, thats for sure 😎

Overall just great.

From arriving to leaving the villa, all was as expected. We stay in Coral Bay each year, and you can’t beat the location with respect to restaurants, shops etc.

We have had a fantastic stay at Villa Katerina. The villa is stunning and offered us everything our family could need. The beautiful pool was the absolute highlight. The whole place was clean and well maintained, and any issue or question that arose, the staff at Cyprus Villa Retreats had it addressed and solved in no time at all.

We were staying at the beautiful Vila Lara. Vila was simply amazing, luxuourious, clean and spacious with an amazing pool, right in front of the sea. The company was also amazing, took good care of us, even let us stay one more day for an amazing price. Definitely worth staying

Nádherne ubytovanie priamo pri mori, kompletne zariadené, naokolo dostupné supermarkety a restaurácie. Pobyt sme si velmi užili

Krásna, čistá vila s neuveritelne krásnym výhladom. Maximálna spokojnosť!!!! Vyhoveli nám vo všetkom, dokonca nám pri iesli aj reprák. Okrem krásneho bazéna a vírivky sme mali aj prístup k moru. Ak plánujete pokojné očarujúce miesto na dovolenku či s rodinou ale aj priatelmi plne odporúčam.

Another great holiday in Coral Bay staying at a Cyprus Villa Retreats Villa. This is our 4th year in a row returning which tells its own story. This year it was Villa Porto for 2 weeks. We were not disappointed!! Villa is lovely and the CVR team always ready to help if required. A special mention to Rodger who worked very hard to resolve a minor issue with the pool.

Fantastic stay at Villa Marina. Cyprus Villa Retreats were helpful with every request we made before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to book a Villa in Cyprus. We will certainly be booking with them the next time we stay in Cyprus. Will definitely be back.

10 day stay in Villa Pelagia was really good, facilities were clean upon arrival and everything we required was in the Villa already!! Whenever we required any information regarding the Villa the replies were prompt and informative. Thankyou for a great holiday.

We had a great time staying at Villa Rio in Coral Bay. The villa and the pool area are very clean, comfortable and spacious within easy walking distance to the beach.

Our villa was well situated in a quiet area with an easy 15-20 minute walk (with grand kids) to the main Coral Bay strip/beach/ large supermarket.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 3-bedroom villa and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made everything so convenient during our stay.
The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.
Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the hot tub during our stay, which meant we couldn’t use it for a couple of days. However, the hosts dealt with the problem quickly and came to empty and refill it mid-stay, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and are already looking at dates to come back again in the future!

We had originally booked Villa Katerina, however CVR contacted us the week before our holiday to say that we had been offered Villa Siena as an upgrade, which we were delighted with. Location is amazing, 5 mins walk from the main Coral Bay strip, but far enough away so you can't hear any noise from it at night. The villa is beautiful, I would say the rooms aren't as big as they look in the photos, but that is standard really for holiday lets. The AC works well in all rooms, and there is blackout blinds and mosquito screens in all the bedrooms. Beds are all very comfortable. I did think there may be extra bedding as we were staying 18 nights but there is a washing machine so we just washed the ones that were on the bed. The downstairs bathroom using different plumbing to the rest of the villa, and it is quite noisy when you are using the sink, toilet or shower. The other two bathrooms did not smell great, but I think that is due to the sewage system not being the best in Cyprus. Pool is large, when we first got here it was freezing so we paid for heating and when they switched it on it was warm enough to get in that evening. We also paid for the hot tub. The pool guy (who was lovely) came every 3 days to clean the pool and the hot tub, which was great. Love the fact that there is a pool table and table tennis table. The BBQ was a good size. Lovely view of the sea from the kitchen/lounge, two of the bedrooms and the roof terrace. Great communication with CVR as well, can't fault them! Will definitely use them again.
