Cycle breaks is a very helpful customer oriented company. Our queries were dealt with quickly, politely and in one case a lovely sense of humor.
We booked a 4 day 3 night for 2 cycling holiday in Norfolk. We received from the company
1. A booklet with containing details of at least 4 different rides for each day, each ride had a bit of Information about the places you would cycle through and where you could get food and drink.
2. A pdf of each ride with full instructions
3. A gpx file for each ride
4. Waterproof os maps of the area (you had to return these via a prepaid envelope at the end of your trip).
The routes were we cycled were through some lovely countryside along very quiet country roads.
The two places we stayed at were up to standard, very welcoming and both did a very nice full English breakfast.
I would happily use the company again and recommend them to other people.

Personalized service.
We rented 8 bikes for a week, they were delivered at a convenient time for us, fitted to each person and collected at the end of the week.
The bikes were in excellent condition and came with locks, spare tubes, bags and computers as required.

Wonderful mix of sailing and cycling. Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Excellent three course meal every night. Fabulous bike trails. Comfy cabin. I so enjoyed a week of exploration.

For our 50th wedding anniversary we wanted a special holiday and chose to do the 230mile Rebellion Way in Norfolk. We are a bit past camping and bike packing and wanted to both enjoy the journey and have comfortable lodgings along the way. Cycle Breaks arranged everything, including 4 star accommodation for us and our tandem. When a problem arose with one of the hotels, Cycle Breaks sorted it out promptly without any fuss. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic cycling holiday put together by the team. Expert knowledge, really useful information about the area , bikes and navigation first class and excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Great organisation , hotels...and the downloaded routes worked very well..without recourse to written instructions...which were incredibly dense..and used a lot of local road/ street names which a non local could not comprehend Also very helpful when we had to cut our trip by a day...
The routes were very attractive..and mostly not too challenging. Suffolk is a beautiful county..

Great trip with friends. Repeat customers of Cycle Breaks. Great customer service, paperwork and very knowledgeable staff who clearly know their stuff. Wouldn’t book with anyone else. Looking into 2024 trip!

We came over to Suffolk by ferry and had a friendly welcome from Andy who gave us last instructions. All tracks were well planned (quiet lanes, fantastic views, marvellous landscape, things to see) so we could explore the land. The hotels were well chosen with nice restaurants to eat. We enjoyed our stay so much and recommend it to all people who want to cycle in a
very lovely part of England.

A trip around Suffolk was our 2nd break with Cycle Breaks following Norfolk last year.
Again, everything was well organised with updates sent regarding routes and hotels well in advance.
All hotels were lovely, clean and easy to find.

We did have a couple of mishaps with bikes but the team were quick to respond and sorted us out very quickly - this is the sort of company that you want to have as your backup when cycling away from home.
Nothing was too much trouble and has given us the confidence to investigate trips further afield with them in the future.

I've used Cycle Breaks 4 times now for trips to Norfolk and Suffolk. Great route planning using quiet lanes where possible and lot of recommendations of places to visit. Usually a choice of short, med, or long rides each day, so suits all level of cyclists. Also quality hotels all round. Highly recommend using them.

This was a short two day cycle break from Valencia to Albufera. We extended it an extra day and Cycle Breaks provided us with a modified itinerary. The distances were fairly short and the terrain very flat putting it on the Easy scale. GPS, maps and route guides were provided although the GPS struggled a bit in the city. All the bikes were of a good standard. Backup was good and when we did hit a problem it was resolved within 2 hours. Hotels were good. Overnight stays in the nature reserve were a bit quite as it is fairly remote, but that contrasts nicely with a more hectic few days in cycle-friendly Valencia. The food in the hotel restaurant was of a good standard but there are plenty of local restaurants specialising in Paella. I can recommend this if you are looking for a more leisurely paced short break.

Overall this was an excellent cycle tour and very well organised with excellent mapping and directions. The accommodation was all first class. All the staff at Cycle Breaks were very helpful from start to finish. I Highly recommend this company.

Our original booking was disrupted by covid. Andy kept in touch so that when did arrive three years late, it was like meeting an old friend. Pick up at station , hints as to how to travel from Canada, quality of the bikes and accommodations were all first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday cycling the Ecovia in the Algarve and found the distances covered fine. The wealth and varied wildlife was great to see, as were the varied terrains and areas we cycled through - from hilly and rocky sections to the wetlands of the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the sand dunes and beach
sections. Would definitely recommend this Cycle Breaks holiday.

We had a great holiday, 3 retired ladies cycling leisurely along the flat roads of Suffolk. We enjoyed

having time to visit various places rather than just cycle from one place to another. Cycle Breaks

supported us when one member of our party had to drop out relatively last minute. Nothing seemed

to be too much trouble, we highly recommend them.

Had a cycling break in France: Orleans to Tours. Great holiday, great cycling - most of which on purpose built cycling tracks. Excellent accommodation, superb food and terrific overall service. Holiday was reasonably priced too.

We enjoyed the Suffolk Coast & Country Single Centre Break (3GU). The bikes were well set up and maintained and arrived at the arranged time. The hotel had been booked and paid by the team.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the meals were excellent. A swimming pool was most welcome.
The RideWithGps app worked well and the routes had been preloaded by the team so they were there for me when I registered for a free account. Paper maps were also provided as a back up. It is a lovely area for cycling along quiet country lanes.
The team answered our email enquiries, sometimes with a little delay as not urgent.
We are looking forward to booking another break, hopefully taking advantage of the luggage transport from hotel to hotel.
