We’re sorry to see this review, but feel it’s important to clarify the facts.
The item in question was fully functional and dispatched as described. When a return was requested, we approved it and provided clear instructions, including a designated return address and RMA number. Unfortunately, these instructions were ignored, and the item was sent to an third-party address without identification, which made recovery impossible and resulted in it being lost.
This case was escalated to PayPal, who independently reviewed the matter in full and ruled in our favour.
