CyberPanel Review
I have been using CyberPanel since 2017, and so far, it is the most feature-rich open-source web panel I have encountered. One of the standout features of CyberPanel is its integration with Cloudflare DNS, which has been incredibly helpful.
Customer Support and Service:
One of the most impressive aspects of CyberPanel is its customer support.
I find it easy to contact CyberPanel support, and they are helpful in any way they can.
Whether you need assistance with a specific issue or just have general inquiries, the support team ensures you get the help you're asking for.
Based on my experience, I would give CyberPanel support a 4 out of 5.
This rating is primarily due to the lack of a live chat support option, where users could also post attachments for quicker resolution.
User Experience and Features:
The panel itself is easy to use and straightforward to upgrade, especially with the addition of an integrated "upgrade" button within the version information page.
The user-friendly design of CyberPanel deserves a 5 out of 5 rating.
However, the panel gets a 4 out of 5 for overall features due to a couple of limitations.
The mobile view UI could be improved, as the current design is not very responsive on smaller screens.
Additionally, notifications at the top of the panel are sometimes difficult to close, though this could be addressed in a future update.
While CyberPanel offers a wide range of features, some, like email debugging, are behind a paywall. This isn't a major issue, as most problems can be resolved with SSH commands, but it is something to be aware of. Another feature that CyberPanel lacks is an SSL debugger. Given that SSL issues can be complex and challenging to resolve, having an integrated tool for this would be highly beneficial.
CyberPanel has a great community where users help each other out, making it a highly recommended tool for both beginners and experienced users.
The combination of good support and a helpful community makes CyberPanel a top choice for managing web servers.

Innovation is excellent
Innovation is excellent, the panel itself is great especially for a free panel. I personally used it for quite sometime on OpenLiteSpeed as it was the most "compatible" panel at some point.
Sadly, it had so many SSL issues and was plagued with weird bugs. I could not launch this into production. Assuming it was more like "the free version has this problem" I upgraded to enterprise and found that my problems only got worse.
The support staff tend to patch up issues, and fix things with NO explanation.
I'm unhappy with the panel and their service. But the head developer "Usman" is great. Nice guy but he just cannot get to everyone .
Maybe if the panel switched to a fully paid model it would excel. I think it has a lot of potential.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company.
The support provided is nothing short of a disaster. Despite opening multiple tickets and corresponding with the same agent, it seems that with each reply, my concerns regarding the main issue are not being addressed.
For an entire week, I inquired about the possibility of separating the web server from the mail server, essentially creating a cluster. After days of communication, which even extended to WhatsApp as we moved away from the ticket system, I was suddenly informed that clustering is not possible.
The system is riddled with bugs. For instance, creating a subdomain such as dev.mydomain.com works, but attempting to install WordPress in subfolders like dev.mydomain. com/devwebsite1 and dev.mydomain. com/devwebsite2 is not feasible.
While the package offers a range of functions, the underlying development is severely lacking.
Despite investing in the lifetime add-on pack, I deeply regret my decision.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is their inability to make my order visible in the backend. Despite submitting multiple tickets with various information such as order IDs and email addresses, they have been unable to grant me backend access.
I politely requested a partial refund, only to be refused on the grounds that I am outside the refund period.
In light of these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this panel. I have since migrated to ISPCONFIG, which not only offers similar features but is also free, cluster-friendly, and supported by a large community.
Very bad support
I really wanted this to work, I even tried contributing to the codebase but it is just broken in so many places and support is just a joke.
I've been using Cyberpanel for almost 3 years because of its OpenLitespeed integration, which makes any PHP hosting fast and cheap.
Their backup system never seemed to work, so I wrote my own with borg.
I also bought their paid addons to support the project but I was greatly dissappointed by:
Rspamd
This addon works well but only for outgoing emails. Generally I wouldn't recommend CP for email hosting. Just for sending emails via the websites you host there is great.
WordPress Manager
It can't identify existing installations, only works when creating websites in the manager. Didn't test it thoughrougly.
I can't speak for the rest of the addons as they are of no use to me and I didn't test them.
Their cloud dashboard is also lacking. It is supposed to be a central management dashboard for multiple servers but you can't manage anything from there besides your subscriptions and tickets.
There are close to no updates in over 2 years.
Any time I reached out via the ticket support I had a rough time communicating with them. I am not talking about some kind of language barrier, while there is one, but them actively avoiding to provide any real support by just asking for information I already gave them or are even stated in my account's details. This can keep on for days until you finally give up.
Add insult to injury; they do not send any subscription renewal notifications before charging and I ended up paying twice for something I don't use.
To sum up
If you are happy with the free features and work for you, then great. I still use it that way. If you need anything more than the free package can offer then just use something else and don't pay them a dime.

Cyberpanel is a value packed
Cyberpanel is a value packed super charged vps. The team is supportive and responsive to needs. The platform itself is easily scaled to any size, shape, and form needed to support most use cases.
Cyberpanel compares exteremely well.
We are hosting our own websites since 2018 and have nearly always been on cPanel which is very expensive and support is like non-existent, (unless you are a very big corporate customer). We have tried Spanel which is basically garbage and leads to tons of issues when using sophisticated and/or custom build plugins.
So recently we moved to Cyberpanel and about a month in the first thing I can say is that they have excellent support, resolving issues and responding in a matter of hours and sometimes even minutes. The add-ons package is crazy value for money and makes setting up WordPress websites a breeze.
