Cyberinvestigation Anmeldelser

The team members were very professional and handling my case privately. They were fast to act and able to identify the perpetrator in 48 hours.

At first it felt horrible. After listening I understood better what had occurred. It was a great feeling to have someone who knew what to do to stop it. I had plenty of information and they got right on it. I was well pleased with the speed at which they stopped the harassment and followed through with what they said they would do. I hope it never happens again, but at least I know somewhere to turn to for help.

I felt safe throughout the whole process. The people from Cyberinvestigation made plenty of follow up calls to keep me in the loop. It was explained in detail what was going on and how they went about the process. I am very satisfied with them.

Excellent service and reassurance

I came to Cyber Investigation during a really confusing situation and during the entirety of the time the company has brought me comfort. Not only from my manager, but from everyone who I had spoken to. Their confidence, actions, and tone prove that they are professionals who are truly able to help.

That the investigators and the crew calls to update me on what going on and that they are patience when I can't call because of certain reasons. Even texting them they respond right away.

Luis was very informative and helpful when he discussed the process. He told me about all the different phases and the costs. When I would call someone would always answer. I would always receive a call back, email or text.

They were fast, professional, and caring. I had a very serious situation, and they took care of it in no time. They were sympathetic to my situation, and respected my privacy and my wishes. Highly recommended!

This company was very understanding of my financial situation and was able to work with me to get me the security and help I needed, while staying in my budget range. They were able to restore normalcy to my life after this traumatic event and help me navigate through it. I could have never done any of this alone and I am very happy to have found them.
