Pretty good
We've been using CyberChimps Responsive Pro theme for a few years now. The theme works well and is the best we've found in terms of providing a truly responsive experience across all screen sizes. Support is reasonable if not stellar.
Our only complaint is that they 'force' us to install their template plug-in with the theme. We continually refuse to install this, because we don't need or want it, but continually get notified with this message: "Responsive Pro needs the Responsive theme & the Responsive Starter Templates plugin to function." It's a nuisance.

Great Wordpress Theme and good Support!
I'm using their Responsive Theme for some weeks now, and I'm very happy with all the configurations that are available. Furthermore, I had some trouble with an HTML-Snippet that was shown on my Blog. The support helped me out, although it was the mistake of another plug-in. The support was fast and very kind!
