Até agora não tenho nada pra falar de ruim

Excelente casa de aposta , ótimas odds , suporte excelente e ágil, recomendo...

Estou tentando há mais de um mês fazer a verificação da minha conta para sacar, mas a cyber.bet está colocando dificuldade no processo.

Enviei meu passaporte e meu endereço e os mesmos foram validados. Depois, a casa pediu mais um documento e eu enviei meu documento de identidade, que também foi validado.

Tenho 2 documentos de identidades e mais 1 comprovante de endereço validado e mesmo assim a casa não permite o saque.

O sistema de vocês continua pedindo um segundo documento de validade, sendo que já tem dois documentos validados.

Além disso, quero registrar minha reclamação contra os atendentes desse site. Já abri conta em várias casas e o atendimento da cyber.bet é o pior disparado. Atendente grosso, encerra a conversa do chat antes de finalizar o atendimento.

Estou no aguardo da resolução desse problema.

This is a scammy casino, avoid it at all costs!

First of all, I deposited 200 euros and I placed a single sports bet on odds of 3.6, which I won. Btw, I didn't use any bonus! Then I completed the KYC verification, and I thought that I will be able to withdraw my money.

However, they added some "special wager" of 1,400 euros that I will have to complete before being able to withdraw. Even though this was something ridiculous, to wager 7x the deposit amount, I did it.

Then I requested another withdrawal request that was rejected. Now I can see that they added ANOTHER 1,400 eur special wager that I will have to complete on single sports bets on odds of 1.9 or more!!

They even stop responding to my emails about the reasons that they are doing this. And from what I can see, they can always use that "point" in their terms and conditions until their customers lose all of their money!

This is the biggest scam ever in betting..how can they even be allowed to exist???they give you a bonus and then they ask you to win it over 20 times inorder to make any withdrawal..and the worst thing is you cant reject the bonus like you do in other sites...and considering all these complaints is there nowhere that we can report them?

They will always refer you to a stupid terms of service. I wonder why their website is still online, they are really scamming all their clients.

Bom fui roubado pela casa, fiz um depósito e já no primeiro dia tentei verificar a conta e não consegui fui jogando e tentando verificar durante um mês até o dia que que bloquearam a minha conta e não me pagaram nem o depósito casa SCAM

Tive um problema com o site de apostas e felizmente tive resposta favorável a minha reclamação, agradeço por terem avaliado a situação de dedução indevida e resolverem em tempo hábil, estou acompanhando para saber se foi totalmente resolvido e assim darei um feedback mais otimista mas desde já obrigada por resolver meu problema deste jeito a empresa está caminhando para ser a melhor do Brasil pois estava aflita. I wish i read these comments before depositing 🤣 but I won a bet and did the turn over qualification to withdraw, I already verified my account but they cancelled my withdraw for security reasons and ask for selfie with id and fresh newspaper, they will response within 5 days and today is 4th day, I’ll update here if my withdraw was successful or i got scam.

Site is truely a scam I have gambled on many sites before but this one tops it off.
1. Deposit $250 Turned it into 1000
2. Made more bets on esports and turned it into $2400
3. Won a bet which they cancelled after and set my account limit per bet to 1$ -2$ MAX
4. Tried cashing out the current balance and after they asking for 3 pieces of ID they terminated my account saying I was money laundering.
Do not put your money here goto Stake or some other reliable site truly a scam site. And the funniest part is they take your money also after they close your account.

Scam. I worked in this place and this frouders didnt give me my money. They fired all team because spent all company money. Team-leader dont answer on my messages. Dont play in this place. Am just mad that trust pilot had to give me no option but to choose at least 1 star cos really there shouldnt be any star for this ponzy scheme at all..all the negative comments are real..i never believed it till my money got stuck the moment i just deposited!I never applied for any bonus nonsense cos According to the reviews i read before..its some kind of trap to make them get more money from you.. nevertheless they still gave me a turnover nonsense simply because i deposited and then after reading the negative comments i got scared and wanted to quit.But they wont let me do that.I was asked to place some bets according to the rules before i withdraw money which i did and lost some few euros in the process to them.But even after that they couldn't refund my money saying that i had not meet the minimum amount for refund so according to them i had to deposit some more money so i could withdraw🤦🏻‍♂️😂And i have proof"they promised me that once i attained the minimum amount they would release my hard earned money.But i was smart.I instead placed a bet which was risky but i still won and attained the minimum requirements needed...When i applied for deactivation of my account and refund i followed the procedure like its written in the platform.

Tuve una malísima experiencia con esta casa de apuestas. Primero, deposité 160.000 CLP para obtener un bono de bienvenida del 100%, con un rollover de 20 para poder retirar. Luego de que aposté 3.200.000 CLP para poder retirar dinero, me piden verificar mi cuenta, lo cual hice con una foto de mi ID y un diario del día. Cuando terminan de verificar mi cuenta (lo cual no fue dentro de los 5 días hábiles que decían, y tuve que escribir a soporte para que recién lo hicieran unas 3 semanas después), me encuentro con la sorpresa de que me agregaron un nuevo turnover de 4000 euros para poder retirar dinero. Después de escribir a soporte y no obtener ninguna solución, decidí volver a apostar los 4000 euros y volver a cumplir la cuota para poder retirar. Una vez hecho esto, procedo a retirar 800.000 CLP y al día siguiente me deniegan el retiro. Me meto a mi cuenta para verificar qué pasó, y me encuentro la sorpresa de que me cancelaron todas las apuestas que había hecho para cumplir la cuota de los 4000 euros, además de agregarme un nuevo rollover de 1000 euros. Contacte a soporte y la única explicación que me entregaron (al igual que la vez pasada), es que fueron procedimientos realizados por el departamento de seguridad. Luego de esto, me liberaron nuevamente para poder realizar retiros, pero cuando intenté retirar dinero, al día siguiente me lo vuelven a denegar y nuevamente me agregan un turnover de 1700 euros.
Les cuento mi experiencia para que NO apuesten en esta casa de apuestas, son unos estafadores y el soporte no entrega soluciones, siempre responden las mismas respuestas genéricas y nunca dejan retirar dinero.

First is all, there is no terms stating that that's is a wagering requirement on REAL MONEY..
the terms you quoted only apply to BONUS, PROMOTIONS and some conditions on a Particular game/event..
My case is on MY REAL MONEY..

Secondary, in as must as I disagree, I have also met your wagering requirement of wagering extra N259,847 by wagering an excess total of N375,000.. Yet, you haven't enabled my withdrawal.

No matter what you throw at me and I met them, you're never gonna release my money..

So far, I have exceeded the amount to the amount of N375,000, yet my withdrawal has more been enabled..

I have met the controversial conditions of staking my real balance on odds above 1.8, at the total amount of N259,847..

From 18th of July till 26th July, I have staked a total of N264,845 at odds not less than 1.82..

With this, I have met and exceeded the conditions given to me. Why haven't you reviewed my account for my due withdrawal??

You people are scammers.. You initially told me 1.8 odds, when I met it, you increased it to 1.9 odds..
What sort of wickedness are you exhibiting as a company?

From the above mail conversation, it it obvious Cyber.bet are scammers and will continue throwing unending conditions on your money to prevent you from making withdrawal..

All the comments are real. Once you deposit money, your ID problems will start. They will bring you round n round like a hamster and then you will not get back a single cent. Big big scam company.

Do not deposit on cyberbet,if you win your bets,they will request a wager requirement(Turnover of your winnings) without a proper explanation.
They are the pure scammers!
