I had the best experience with CXIX in all honestly. The support staff were nice and helpful. They handheld me while we had to resolve a few shipping hiccups. I feel that they genuinely care about their customers.

They have the best customer service ever. After receiving one item in the incorrect size, they kindly offered the replacement. Since they were out of the top in my size, we have found another model which was a bit more expensive but could go nicely with the bottom part I have, creating a nice set. I really appreciate the help!

I'm in Canada, so I knew when I ordered I'd be paying the exchange, shipping and duties. I love every piece I got. Most of it is double-lined, there are no raw edges, and it all feels great. It's all got some stretch to it. I am so pleased. I bought a lot of the 119 line, as it was on sale, as well as the leopard print. Even the 119 little bralette feels like good quality. There are removable pads, so you can use the ones that come with it or add your own for extra oompf. (I'm at-home poler so I can't comment on how the gear would hold up in the club or with other performances) I'm 36C, 35 in waist and 41 in hips. I bought mainly XL with some L.

Great products, the side of my labia is partially visible in the shorts which is not ideal for me for dancing. Ordered to Ireland, goods cost €42 and customs charged me €15 (23% VAT and €6 admin charge from An Post).

I was really happy and impressed with CXIX. I reached out to customer service with an issue and based on their reply, I realized I had misunderstood one of their policies. I explained my predicament and they made an exception to help me out. The interaction was unusually kind and gracious for a large company. I would absolutely shop with them again.

I recently bought the blessed bunz tracksuit, and it’s my favorite thing to wear now.
The quality and material are outstanding. The oversized baggy fit takes me right back to the 2000s hip hop era. OBSESSED.

I absolutely love CXIX clothes. As a plus sized poler I find their stuff really comfy and supportive, as well as it looking good and being highly flattering!

I also cannot rate higher their customer service. CXIX is a small business run by people with a genuine love for the industry and it shows in the quality of their products and the care they have for their customers. They went out of their way to help me and I couldn't be more grateful.

I'd recommend anyone to try out CXIX - it's definitely one of my favourite brands!!

I love their quality and style and have a substantial collection of pole wear from CXIX. The sets I have are manly for pole dance and are just gorgeous, and fit so well! If I have any issues with an order I know these will be rectified quickly as CXIX have a really good customer service, speaking from experience 😊

Have always had a positive experience with Cxix. I subscribed to their Foxbox subscription and they always take the time to read my query and respond quickly. You can tell it's a brand by someone that cares about their product and their customers. Sad that the foxbox is ending but I'll continue to be a happy customer!

I’ve been a fan of CXIX for years now and have always loved the style and quality of their pieces. My recent experience just confirmed again why I recommend this brand and enjoy shopping with them so much.

I had ordered a pair of joggers I had previously owned and loved – but the new pair seemed to have a material issue after the first wash. I contacted customer service and was genuinely impressed by how fast, kindly and helpful they responded. They took my feedback seriously, asked for details to understand the issue better, and offered a replacement right away – without me even having to ask for it.

Ordered shoes from cxix and the day after I received a notice that I had to pay €50 in customs fees. I immediately emailed to cancel the delivery – no reply. Not after one, not after three emails. The package was returned at the border, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Meanwhile, the money was taken from my credit card.
So disappointed in the lack of customer service. Don’t buy from cxix if you’re outside the UK – you might end up paying for nothing. Meanwhile more than a month has passed.

Perfect! Loved my products, quality and fit is amazing, there was a problem with one item (not their fault) however as soon as I emailed them they fixed the problem no issues. Elizah was super lovely and helpful. Easily the only pole brand I’ll shop with now! Thank you so much CXIX!

I really have been pleased with the quality of my orders, but what had blown me away is a recent experience where one of my items was defective. I reached out to the customer service team, and with a lot of patience, emailing back and forth over an extended time (holidays, getting sick) they never gave up! Their commitment to making sure we could resolve the issue was amazing. Could not recommend this company more.
