First time using this type of service in hopes of increasing the hit ratio for initial conversations/interviews. Unfortunately it did not work out as they advertised since I did not notice any increase in callbacks from recruiters and I continue to have zero responses from platforms such as Workday. The writer I was paired with did not seem to have specific expertise on my industry. All in all, too expensive for a service that was not particularly helpful so far.

I found Matt extremely polite, friendly and receptive. I found that the services provided by CV Pilots were reasonably prompt, and I was able to obtain a version of my CV and cover letter, that I was satisfied with, both aesthetically and from a content perspective, after just one round of editions following my receipt of CVP's initial draft. Having said that I have not yet tested the CV in the job market. Hopefully it will bear me fruit.
I was impressed by CV pilots ability to condense my CV, some six pages in length, which contained over 45 years of work experience, accurately, and without loosing too much content, into less than 3 pages. One slight disappontment I had, is that when I received back the first edition, was that no responses had been typed into the many specific note boxes that I had inserted into the document, which would have made it easier for me to review CV Pilot's thoughts and editions.
I did not use the Linkedin service of CV Pilots or any other of their services.
