We were promissed to have the initial design in 2-3 days but we recieved it in about a week.
The satisfaction garantee policy is a total lie. They expect you to request for refund in 7 days which obviously they have not shown you a good chunck of the work by then.
after over a month of going back and force with the development team they delivered something like an incomplete school project.
Don't waste your time money here.

SCAM paid website until June 2024 its down already and paid SEO cost 1,800.00 nothing was done and they ignored completely to give back any money I got in website for few months that's it SCAM

I paid the money for a simple graphic work to be done They said someone will reach out at 11:00 am well it is now 1:00 pm and nothing I keep getting "ten more minutes" BS i feel like it is a scam Do not use these people
Follow up. Reached out to them job should’ve been done by today in the morning well 5 PM on a Friday. I called them and they told me that the person working on the Graphics hurt himself and they can’t do the project. Then they said it was too much work for them and they’re going to refund my money and they said the original person was supposed to call me. I called him and he had no idea what was going on. These people are a joke I would never give them any more business There’s no follow up. There’s no back-and-forth communication. Once again, they are a joke
