I had booked for Jap Import customs clearance service. Carol was handling my order and she was excellent in explaining the process and all the doubts I had. The process was smooth and excellently managed by Carol by keeping me up to date on the customs clearance.

What an amazing service . Normal in Customs Declarations.ie sorted in 2 days what we had been trying to do for nearly six weeks . I dealt with Norma who was excellent from start to finish. I was in a stressful position as I had made the mistake of not paying customs before arriving into the state, but the process was incredibly fast and professional.

I called and spoke with Natasha, lovely person to deal with and had a high energy making her very easy to speak to.

Had little knowledge on what I was looking for. Ended up finding a car that was already registered in Northern Ireland going odd Natasha’s advice. This call saved me 7500 as without the knowledge given I would have made the wrong decision.
