I love Mel and her shop! I've purchased three portraits from her over the years (all of doggies in our family who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge) and they have all been so wonderful. The turnaround time is so fast and the quality never suffers. I will definitely keep coming to this seller for beautiful and affordable gifts for the pet lovers in my life.

My custom portrait came out amazing! I had been looking for someone who was willing and able to put all of my lifelong pets into one portrait, despite not having an image of them all together. They did amazing and were even able to work with old, blurry pictures.

We recently had to put our cat down. She was with us for 15 years. Wanted to do something in the house with her. Came across the Custom Portrait Shop and I'm glad we did. Mel was very easy and pleasant to work with. We had about 5 redoes before we captured our cat Sassy the best. Great prices and customer service was excellent. I.
