It was very easy to work with Rachel and her team to get a custom enamel pin! They are very responsive and patient with my many edits. I was able to also get 100 stickers for $1 along with my purchase which was a great deal. The pins turned out pretty good and I'm happy with the results. I would order from them again :)

Nancy was an excellent sales representative and truly attentive throughout the entire process. She worked closely with me to ensure we received exactly the pin we needed. She was kind, offered multiple options, and provided great pricing. Her attentiveness made the experience seamless, and because of how well our first order went, we didn’t hesitate to place a second order for another pin we needed.

What made my experience great is a great coordinator to help assist in making my patches come to life, I also loved how they turned out!

There was an error in the manufacturing but Nancy was able to get it sorted and resend the corrected product to me.
