Exactly as I'd ordered. I was impressed with the variety of fillings offered, and clear descriptions of each sort. And being able to choose the exact size I needed, along with advice as to how best to measure my cover, was really helpful. I was amazed at how very quickly I received the cushion pad - well within 48 hours. I would always recommend The Cushion Warehouse.

The Cluster Fibre Filling is an excellent quality product. I filled my pillows with as much cluster fibre as needed for a comfortable sleep. Recommend.

I originally ordered some wool but realised when I opened the cushion that the feathers which were to be replaced were contained in their own insert. I wasn't up to unstitching and re-stitching that and asked permission to return the wool. I then ordered three wool-filled inserts which arrived promptly and were excellent for the job. All was handled very professionally by the company and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Swift delivery, good value, and my cushions look fabulous now that they have new fillings! Great to have a choice of fillings as well. Would certainly buy from this company again.

I got two merino wool mattress toppers from Cushion Warehouse, they are excellent, highly recommended.

Cushion quality is fine but the company is not open to feedback, and not particularly nice to customers. I tried to query why my order got cancelled and they just were not helpful. In the end I was left waiting for a product and it was a frustrating experience for me. It would have been easy for them to offer a simple apology (yes it's not their fault but an apology costs nothing) and advise me to put the order through again. Instead I felt they didn't care and were quite rude. Be aware that they appear to delete product reviews that are not positive.

We are very happy with the foam cushions that we ordered to replace the feather cushions on our sofas in order to provide more support.
The website was easy to order from, and communication was excellent, especially when the Royal Mail failed to deliver our cushion cover.

Very pleased with the cushion pads, lovely and plump, good quality filling, went for the eco-fibre.
Have also ordered other sizes from here as well and will be ordering more.
Love the website as well, such a good selection of cushion pads in different sizes, shapes and fillings, would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery and great product.

I needed advice on the right type of cushion so I rang the company and the lady that helped me was excellent. Consequently I received exactly what I needed and they arrived just when she said they would. I am really pleased with them, and would order again from this company, they really do know what they’re talking about.

This company is fraudulent and has horrible customer service.

I ordered 3 kilos of down/feather filling that arrived packaged in a plastic bag and delivered in a box. When I opened the box, I thought the bag inside felt light for 3 kilos. So I weighed the bag and found that it was only about 2 kilos and I emailed the company to inform them of the discrepancy.

Someone (with no name) sent me a flat email and insisted they sent 3 kilos instead of 2. I confirmed that I weighed the bag and that it was only 2 kilos. Someone (again with no name) replied and didn't seem to believe me. This person requested a photo so I sent a photo and even included a video to show the bag only weighs about 2 kilos. After this, I was asked to weigh the box. I now started getting confused as to why the weight of the box mattered when what I purchased was the content of the bag that was delivered inside the box. So I questioned why it was necessary to weigh the box and then asked again for them to send me the remaining kilo.

Finally, they told me that they checked with their courier who confirmed the weight was 3.5 (3 kilos for the content and .5 kilos for the packaging). Therefore it wasn't possible that they had made a mistake or that they had sent only 2 kilos, implying that I was lying to them.

I then had to call DPD to check this and DPD told me it wasn’t the case. DPD confirmed that this seller had an account with them so the seller only had to input the information and DPD just comes and collects their parcels.

All I know from this experience is that I didn’t fully receive what I paid for and I simply want my order to be fulfilled. But after some back and forth over emails, I realised it was a complete waste of time as the conversations were going nowhere and they weren’t willing to resolve the issue. Their solution to this mystery is to gaslight the customer and let them suffer the negative impact of this unfortunate incident.

When I purchased from this company, I didn't know that buying a small amount of filling from a family-owned business would cause this much stress. I've never experienced customer service as horrible as this, whereby I had to go through so many hoops just to ask for something I already paid for, only to receive patronising emails without a resolution to my problem.

I regret this horrible experience that left me out of pocket, gaslighted and stressed. I don’t usually give negative feedback but this needs to be said. I strongly advise anyone from transacting with this company. After reading other negative reviews, I realised I wasn’t the only victim. Please don’t be the next.

So so pleased with my cushion pads, they have honestly exceeded my expectations. The website is very detailed and helps you choose the filling you want, my cushion pads were delivered much faster than expected and they are such a high quality. I am over the moon with them. I have bought settee cushions from The Cushion Warehouse twice now, and have not been disappointed on either occasion. The website is clear and easy to use, and the customer service department is friendly and quick to respond. I got an email to check something with the measurements I had provided, and I was impressed by that. The cushions were made and dispatched quickly, and fit perfectly. Excellent transactions both times.

I needed a replacement for my old worn out feather cushions which were leaving feathers everywhere.
I also needed an odd size cushion pad, as my cushion covers are 16” x 16”.
On researching the internet I came across The cushion warehouse.
When looking on their site I found the cushion pads did come in odd sizes, I needed 17” x 17”, also there were various fillings to choose from.
My partner & decided on the sheep wool filling, only I wasn’t sure about the cambric fabric which is used for the outer cover of the cushion pad.
My past experience of Cambric fabric is that it feels crinkly and noisy if you happen to want to lie your head down.
I phoned customer services to ask for their advice, not once but twice, because I was so unsure about the Cambric fabric.
They were so helpful and really friendly, they said I could send for samples of both the Cambric and any of the fillings for the cushion pads.
My partner was so fed up with the pesky feathers, he said just order the cushion pads.
I ordered six of the sheep wool pads, they were delivered within a week by DPD, and I must say we are both absolutely delighted with the cushion pads.
They are a good fit on my 16” cushions, they feel firm but are still squidgy, and they are not crinkly or noisy, which is wonderful.
I was so pleased with the cushion pads that I just had to phone the company to thank them for their great product, customer service, and speedy delivery.
I would highly recommend this company for their extremely good all round service.

I have bought 2 pillows from this Cushion Warehouse. They are firm, supportive and very comfortable, and are of excellent quality. I will certainly be buying from this company again, and would definitely recommend them.

The bolster was just right for sleeping. After years of trying different pillows I gave this a try and slept really well. Just the right level of support from the natural wool filling and it takes up less bed so my feet don't stick out the bottom. The item was delivered on time and is excellent value.
