The Cushion Warehouse Ltd Anmeldelser

Prompt service both on production as well as delivery. Very good quality products which have absolutely transformed my sofa back to.hpw it was when I bought it with no need of hassle to try and find a replacement

I received prompt and efficient service and the products were made to an excellent standard.

We needed some bespoke seat cushions for our new window seat. The Cushion Warehouse was one of several potential suppliers we looked at. Their website is informative and comprehensive. They provided us with some excellent advice with regard to the composition and layout of the cushions. Once ready the cushions were delivered promptly, and we are delighted with the result. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service and product.

Brilliant from start to finish. Excellent value for money and top quality. Would definitely recommend.

This was my third successful purchase from this company. The hollow fibre pads are really great value and as I ordered 2 inches larger than the covers the cushions are nice and plump. The order was processed quickly and delivery prompt despite my having ticked the click & collect option in error. A call to a helpful customer service administrator soon sorted the problem.

Great range of good quality cushions in all sizes at a good price. Good service and quick delivery.

Thanks for making a quality cushion cover for our hallway settle. Fabric was purchased independently but sent directly from supplier to Cushion Warehouse who made the cover very quickly. Very pleased with the result.

We had some lovely big seat cushions made... great website, great choice and competitive prices! They look fab and on the first 'bums on seats' road test they're great.

The sheep's wool filing is warm and soft and retains its shape very well.

Absolutely delighted with our replacement cushions. Great company to deal with, the online ordering process was very straightforward and help and advice was given as necessary. The quality of the product was amazing and for such a good price, the cushions exceeded our expectations. The fact delivery could be arranged to France at such a reasonable cost was a really big bonus.

Tremendous service. Wonderful cushions made following advice and help. Nothing was too much trouble and the cushions are superb. It's like having a new sofa. Thank you so much. Will use you again.

Absolutely thrilled with my sofa cushions. Have had the sofa for over 20 years and this is the second time the cushions have had to be replaced. The quality of the cushions is brilliant. Much better than the original ones and earlier replacement. Lovely finished and generously filled. Couldn't wish for better quality and at a really affordable price. Will use them for any further replacements and anything else I need. This company were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
Highly recommend.

Awful customer service, rude and incredibly patronizing, I would never use them ever again.

Ordered a replacement cushion for an armchair. Excellent quality, very professional finish to the stitching and zip. Would definitely use them again.

Bespoke bench cushion was reasonably priced and excellent quality- replacement for a ‘next home’ cushion and is much better! Would recommend !

Excellent quality 20x20" cushion pads. They stay chunky and fill the corners perfectly.
Definitely I will recommend The Cushion Warehouse because they use responsible sourced feathers.

I had many outdoor cushions made for some 1920 garden furniture that had just been renewed. Cushion Warehouse was wonderful. They did a super job. The cushions fit the furniture perfectly( not easy) and rain or shine they are left out all summer long. After 4/5 years they are still perfect. thank you so much

Ordered 2 bespoke cushion fillers for my settee, foam with hollow fibre wrap, which were delivered today. Was helped along the way by Davinia in Customer services. My settee now looks like new with plump comfy cushions. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend The Cushion Warehouse. Helpful and a great product

Didn't have much of an idea what I was doing, however, the team helped me out and eventually i acquired the cushion pads I needed..
A first class customer service and a very swift despatch of product, which exceeded my expectations.. strongly recommend to anyone needing anything cushion...

I've bought several cluster cushion pads from The Cushion Warehouse and I love the quality and fill of them. They are evenly filled with very good quality fabric. The website offers an excellent range of sizes, it is great to have this choice.

I asked if a recent order could be changed to a half size (12.5 inch instead of 13 inch square). I received a very quick reply from customer services and Davinia confirmed that this was possible. It was really lovely to get this personal custom service.

I would definitely recommend this company and am very likely to buy from them again. Thank you.
