I couldn't fault them. I ordered lights online at the end of November. They informed me of the delivery schedule which I knew would be over Christmas. When the date was getting near I emailed them to see if they were on schedule(because of Xmas). They emailed me back that day. It was slightly delayed (which I expected being the time of year). They emailed me again a week later with the shipment date and kept me in the loop with my delivery date. Everything went accordingly and I would highly recommend them. I liked the fact that when you emailed them they replied in a timely manner and kept you informed. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

It was a pleasure dealing with them as they were very professional in dealing with my order and went above and beyond in sourcing a light for me .It is our second time dealing with them and look forward to using them in the future.

Shauna was such a help to me when I was do the finishing touches to the house. I live in Cork and Cavan would have be too long to travel. All I had to do was send Shauna a few pictures of my house and she came up with great ideas. It was such a easy process.She was always at the end of the phone.Kate

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received following my purchase of a mirror from Cusack Iighting.

At the time of purchase, I paid the delivery charge and was told someone would be in touch the following week to arrange delivery. That week came and went with no contact.

I followed up the following week and was told it would be 10–15 working days for the mirror to arrive. After that period passed without any update, I called again and was told it would be delivered during that week — but again, there was no delivery.

My husband then rang the next week and was told it would arrive by Friday or Saturday at the latest. That deadline passed as well with no delivery or communication. On the following Tuesday, I called again — by now extremely frustrated — and was told it should arrive that day or the next. I specifically asked if someone would call me ahead of delivery so I could ensure someone would be available to receive it. I was assured this would happen.

However, yet again, there was no call. The delivery lorry simply arrived unannounced.

The repeated lack of communication, broken promises, and dismissive attitude from your staff have made this experience incredibly frustrating. At no point was there any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused.

I have since noticed a number of recent one-star reviews referencing poor customer service and unfortunately, this does not come as a surprise!! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing!

I will not be purchasing from your shop again, nor would I recommend it to others.

WORST company ever dealt with. Zero customer service, extremely rude staff. Loves to argue back that the customer was wrong. Absolutely shocking way of doing “business”. Avoid unless you love buying lights and waiting half a year for them with nothing but hassle all in between. Money hungry.

I live close to Cavan and purchased lights direct in store. After 4 months still parts missing, I got order fulfilled from display items. There was no apology no discount. But even prior to that I had called in store twice and rang at least 4 times. Not once did they contact me.

Shocking customer service - no comms, no idea if / when ordered (and paid for) lights will arrive and ultimately still no closer to getting our lights

You could not say enough about Cusack customer service its just the best

After ordering a light fitting from these guys, waiting around 8 to 9 weeks for it to show up, it finally arrived incorrect - even after I'd left a note on the order explaining what I was after, emailed them and called to speak to someone in person to confirm - they still got the order wrong.
Not only that, there was a part completely missing.
I've spoken to them Niall Cusack, Lynette and Danielle several times about this and they still haven't helped, they just keep saying they'll get back to me and never do.
I would avoid ordering from Cusack Lighting completely. There are much better companies out there to deal with.
