This isn’t the first time we’ve used Curzon and they continue to impress and surpass expectations! I often highly recommend them to others. David stepped up at a really tough time. He helped me secure a bridging loan when the sale of a property fell through. I had emails from him at 7am and 1.30am, the man never sleeps ! I would recommend him 100%. This is a small company, so you deal with one person, who knows what stage everything is at, a far more personal service. I have more property finance to sort and will only deal with David and his company from now on, poor man !

Had a site with a protracted planning application. Favourable Determination landed unexpectedly, went to David with a brief of a fast turnaround on a funding vehicle, 2 weeks later and we are paid out, excellent work well done
