Sent completely different garment to the one I had bought the only similarity being the colour! Material was cheap nylon and not what I had been led to believe I would receive. I emailed the company about my order and actually received a reply asking me for photos of front and back of garment any any labels. Not heard another thing. Have emailed again. I do not expect to hear anything or get a return labelas states on the website, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM CHINESE WEBSITE. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND RECEIVE SHODDY GOODS. I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered. BE WARNED.

They sent me the wrong color, but I love this denim jacket regardless. They took care of after-sale support quickly, yet I hope they will not mess things up the next time.

Top is okay quality, but it arrives completely creased out of the wash. You literally have to break out the iron every single time before wearing it.

A very comfortable and flexible tee that suits me perfectly and is totally worth every dollar.

I ordered a size smaller than needed and asked for an exchange - they immediately responded to my request! And, I have fallen in love with this jacket.

Ordered three tops from Curvyuk on 29.6.2026, they didn't arrive until 23.7.2026. Two of the tops were not the size l had ordered in fact they were about three sizes smaller. The other top was extra baggy. I emailed them on 23.7.2026 explaining the problem and said l wanted a returns label (as they state FREE returns) - NO ANSWER RECEIVED. I checked the shop - Phone Number - DOES NOT EXIST and the Address they show - DOES NOT EXIST. So there is NO WAY l can contact them or even return the items back to them for a refund. Don't be fooled by the items and sizing it is NOT CORRECT and if you buy them and they are too small when they arrive you will lose your money as there is NO WAY TO GET IT BACK

There are so many color choices for this T-shirt that I even bought three pieces to change between them. Fantastic shirts, only which customer service could answer my messages a little faster.

Love this shirt, split V-neck design is beautiful and the quality is actually pretty good. The only thing that I don't like is the dispatch, wish it could have been dispatched a little bit sooner!

I got two tops that are to small. I also ordered a lovely blue dress that stops above the knee. What I got was an ankle length black dress. Which does actually fit. Not happy at all. Do not order from them.

Ordered jacket size 16, it arrived about 4 weeks later even though they claim everything is from London but when tracked it was China. Jacket was no where near the size it was supposed to be, probably an 8. Requested refund and no response from emails. Stop this company scamming people. I'm down £27.

Scam, told my mother to not order and she did. Now im dealing with zero response emails daily to get a refund. TAKE ADVICE DO NOT ORDER! SAME RUBBISH YOU CAN GET ON TEMU/SHEIN!

Not even worth a 1 star! Avoid this company at all costs. The clothing they send is nothing like the description, sizes not true either. Takes weeks to arrive despite appearing to be a UK company. They say they have a good returns policy but they dont include a return address/return label. All emails go unanswered. £58 I cant afford to lose!

Ordered an item from this store based on reviews on fb. Advertising is misleading says next day delivery took 4 weeks. Extra money was taken from my account not specified in subtotal. When item arrived was not true to size. Enquired about refund via email. Went unanswered tried to contact via fb went unanswered. Went to their store page to try request a return whilst info is there it won’t allow you to click on it. A lesson learnt I feel please be very wary before ordering from this store as I believe it not to be reputable or authentic

I wouldn’t give it any stars but had to give it one to leave review. I ordered 2 denim jackets and The sizing is diabolical, a large (they say uk 16) doesn’t even fit a child! I’ve emailed twice now about a refund and I am being ignored. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!

Sizing is ridiculous, would not order again , communication is very poor as well. Avoid

What the heck! Absolutely rubbish, the pants & top i ordered are not as pictured, very shiny material and not comfortable at all.

Do not order from this company. Would seem they use images from other suppliers eg Temu and Shein. The dress I ordered took weeks and weeks to come from China. The dress was not the one in the picture, cheap nasty material and definitely not the size on the bag it came in, about 3 sizes smaller. Should have done my own research before buying.
