I had a similar experience to another customer on here, but worse. I specifically asked this company if I could return the bra if it didn't fit, and I also asked did simply 'trying it on', count as 'worn'. I wanted to be sure I could get an exchange or my money back if it didn't fit. I was told trying it on would be fine, and wouldn't count as worn. Their customer services did reply, but first said they did not exchange worn items, then they said that because it was bought using a discount code (which they automatically apply) I could not get a refund for this reason. I showed them a screen shot of having paid full price, and there was no discount code applied to it at all. That seems to be the scam part of all this. I did receive my item, but it is useless because it doesn't fit, and they are no longer answering emails since I threatened to report them to UK Trading Standards, as I have definitely been mis-lead and mis-sold to through there own customer services team. I approached another company with the same question at the same time, and got the same name as customer services, so I do wonder if these two companies selling similar products are one and the same. If I could leave a no star rating I would, and also wish I'd read reviews here on this company before I went ahead and purchased something from a company I'd never used before.

It’s a Scam

Company does not accept any returns, even though on the website they state they do (not for underwear). They would not accept my mother’s returns even for the order which did not arrive, it never came - they did not refund her.

Save your money and do not order from them

Absolutely love the item, does exactly what I wanted it to & I couldn’t be happier. Only reason not a 5* review is the length of time taken to receive it.

Sizing is not true to size. Size way too big and they refuse to exchange. I feel completely ripped off, Total waste of money. Do not buy from this company.

Purchased an item using a welcome code. Item was finally delivered after a delay and a lot of chasing. Unfortunately it did not fit, so I contacted them about making a return only to be informed that as I used a discount code this made the item unreturnable. very poor customer service. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering

I haven't even received the item and the return policy states you can return 30 days after order date. I don't even have it and it's almost 30 says since I ordered it. I think this is a scam company. I didn't even think to check the reviews as looked legitimate to me. That's about £45 down the pan. If it arrives I am not even sure it will be suitable based on what others have said.

Terrible company, ordered on the 23rd of June . Yet to recieve my order, Do not patronise curvypower.
They need to be reported to trading standards department or something. They have to be stopped.

Buyer Beware! I wish I had read these reviews first. First of all, the company misleads you into thinking they are located in the UK. Their contact number starts with (+44). They are in fact located in China, which means return costs are very expensive (but you don't find out until you are fighting to return an item). Second, I tried to cancel the order under the UK consumer protection laws because it took so long for the item to be delivered, and this is considered a breach of contract. They refused to cancel, but assured me I could return it only after the item was delivered. I didn't have the option to refuse delivery because it was put through my letterbox when I wasn't home. When it was eventually delivered, they then made the returns process very difficult. Third, even though they have a written returns policy online, they refuse to abide by their own policy. They pressure you to keep the items (I no longer needed it because it took so long to deliver, I had to purchase a similar item elsewhere due to an event I was attending). I sent pictures to show that package has not been opened so there shouldn't be issues with not accepting returns due to hygeine concerns. They then tell you you are not eligible for a refund because I used their 10% off promotional code! Then they told me it can take a very long time to process refunds even though they had no delay in taking my money the same day I placed the order. I had to remind them of UK consumer protection laws 2013 and 2015. They are very sneaky and manipulative. I sent the return package by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed so they wouldn't claim "they didn't receive it". If they continue to refuse the full refund, I'll have to get PayPal involved! What a headache. You are better off trying to buy local.

Do not trust this company. Garment of very poor quality, hole opened when trying on. Company refused refund. Their website won't even allow you to submit a bad review.

Tried to return on day of delivery as too small!
Trying to get details of how to return it is like pulling teeth!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!

If only I could give them minus 5 stars . I am waiting for the oar el since 3rd of June. And everytime when I message them the reply is either is in transit or it could be delayed up to 21 days. It's been more than 21 days . The customer service is absolutely joke

How I wish I had looked on trustpilot before ordering from this company. Like so many I have been treated appallingly by Curvypower.
They are only interested in new sales and not interested in returning customers.
Constantly sending out percentage off discounts to encourage sales knowing full well they have no intention of refunding on anything regardless of its condition and even though they ask the consumer to pay return postage.
I stupidly made a second purchase with another discount code because I actually thought one of the items I ordered was okay. I believe they purposely didn’t reply to my return request on my first order until my second order was dispatched which took forever btw, so that once they had made me aware of their no return policy I couldn’t cancel my second order.
My email of dissatisfaction was responded to within one hour with guess what….another discount code.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. No refunds offered which is against the consumer rights act. Will be reporting them to trading standards. Will try and get my money back from the bank

The company do not tell the truth on their website relating to returns or exchanges because they send you a discount code and when you use it, it makes your purchase non exchangeable or refundable.
It’s totally misleading and bad customer service.

I ordered in April a item from Curvypower and because I receive parcels every week at my business address I didn't notice the time passing and when I checked I didn't received for more then a month the parcel I checked the courier page to track the parcel and said was not able to delivery to contact the sender . I had contacted and they still delaying the replacement or refund for more then 2 weeks now without a clear solution and giving diferent solutions or writing diferent emails making the situation confuse. If I knew I would never ordered from you guys . I will keep waiting for the purchase replacement or full refund.
