I have not received the item I bought over a month now the phone number is fake.

Horrible cheap and nasty product. Took ridiculously long to deliver and arrived late for intended wear. Customer service useless. Apparently they understand the poor sizing of their products, however refuse to return as it is a body suit and still classed as intimate. Even if they would return they said the high shipping cost to return internationally would not be worth it. Complete scam. Avoid like the plague! Companies like this should be stopped!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRODUCT & COMPANY. DO NOT BUY. Bought item, never arrived, I could not contact anyone, finally arrived a month later after my bank issued a refund. Anyway, the quality was sooooooo bad I binned it. The cancellation was withdrawn but it was my mistake for binning it instead of sending it back. But please, DO NOT purchase, you are better off getting something on Amazon. Cheap cheap item and no customer service!!

Please please do not use this company. I have never come across a company as dishonest as this. Parcel never received and no money refunded despite following all their absurd protocols. I have already submitted a review but felt I had to reinforce how absolutely awful they are. I have reported them to Trading Standards although I am pretty sure it won’t actually bother them at all. I would urge anyone who has had negative experience with them to also report them to Trading Standards.

Disgusted with the customer service and the whole way they sell to be honest, they lure customers in by offering a discount and when the item doesn’t fit properly or the quality is bad, they then tell you because you took the discount it’s classed as a sale item and you cannot return it and receive a refund.

Absolutely awful company! Ordered an item on 20th June, wanted it for my sons wedding on 4th August, it arrived on 30th August! Completely useless! They're sizing is ridiculous, if your a size 6 an XL might just about fit you! Contacted them twice asking how long it would be till my order arrived, all they kept saying was " we're rushing it through " Well, if that's rushing it through, dread to think how long it would take for a normal order!
I suggest, if you really want to use this company, order what you want at least 6 months in advance and go at least 8 times bigger than your usual size!

Firstly the shipping takes 2 weeks, the quality of the garments are poor. Cheap nasty fabric that smells

The worst thing is they off a new customer discount. If you accept that offer it completely invalidates your consumer rights to refund the garment if it’s the wrong size or you’re not happy with the garment.

They do not make this clear that if you accept the discount that your consumer rights become invalid .

When you complain they then offer you further discount on your next purchase which they invalided that if you need to return it.

Complete SCAM of a company 😡😡😡

I never leave negative reviews but they are truly the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with.

They are refusing a return on a faulty item. The underwire is protruding through the fabric so it is not fit for use. This happened after just one wear.

Some other issues I've had:
- delivery takes way longer than stated
- customer service is slow and repetitive
- their return policy on the website is misleading, they do not accept returns

I ordered a High Waist Trainer Shaper Shorts With Removable Bum pads. The delivery took too long. The quality looks ok but it doesn't fit right as the extra pads are in a weird shape vertical shape. From what I read it will cost me too much money and energy to return this.
I wish had read the other reviews before ordering.

Comfortable bra, true to size (I ordered 40D). Hopefully it will last long. Helpful and polite customer service.

AWFUL COMPANY. Offered a discount code as a new customer. Order two identical shape wear sets. Just different sizes. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Came to late and were no good. I have been told I’m not allowed a refund because I bought items from the sale.
This isn’t the case THEY gave me a discount which now means I’m not eligible for a refund. SCAMMERS they owe me £90

Commande longue pour recevoir l’article, ensuite les retours sont impossibles, le service client insiste pour que l’on garde l’article en échange d’une offre à la place du remboursement. Quand on insiste pour le retour, on nous dit qu’il faut renvoyer l’article en Chine et que ce ne sera pas un remboursement mais un avoir. Et l’article en question: piètre qualité, le materiau n’est pas celui indiqué sur le site. Bref l’expérience n’aurait pas pu être plus mauvaise.

What a difference it makes!

The products are an ok quality with some fitting ok and others having a very poor cut. They are based in China so returning items is expensive. This is not made clear at time of purchase so impossible to make an informed decision on whether worth buying from them. I will not buy from them again as even if I save at the time of purchase, I will have no idea of whether fit or sizing will be decent and then will have no chance to return. Just not worth it and ended up loosing out on £75 because cannot actually wear items or return them.

Zero stars for this terrible company. I placed my order on the 5th julie didn't get it till 15th August as they only give you return in 30 days from the date you ordered that ruled out my return. I contacted them several times about delivery as I wanted the stuff for a wedding I was going to just kept being told to be patient. I am a pensioner and spent £128 ,on underwear none of it fits and probably won't get exchange or refund due to the wait on delivery and the fact that it was 2 body suits . I really hope people read these reviews before placing an order they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I wish I could rate zero stars to be honest. I purchased two bodysuits in different sizes to try them on and return the unsuitable size. They arrived after the advised delivery date, making them unsuitable for the occasion I purchased them for so I haven’t even opened the parcel. Upon asking for the return details I have been refused these as they are deemed to be an intimate apparel and for hygiene purposes they are unable to be returned. None of which is listed on their website. The customer service from Michelle and Precious has been very unhelpful over the past 3 weeks of me trying to return the products, as they keep quoting their return and hygiene policy, but with completely different wording to what is on the website and are offering a 30% discount on any future orders, but given I will NEVER use this company again is completely pointless. DO NOT ORDER FROM CURVYPOWER. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
