Like others, ordered from an Instagram advert in mid March, with expected arrival date of 19-25 March. It’s now almost a month later and no sign and no updates from the company. I’ve requested a refund and will go through my credit card company if needed.

ETA - I sent another email and it bounced back saying the email address no longer existed, so I claimed a chargeback through my bank.
I've now seen these items selling legitimately for closer to £200 so it was very clearly a scam!

Bought product, never even got dispatched

The same as all the other reviews. A total scam. Over a month and nothing received. I wish I checked before ordering.

Placed an order over a month ago (item was due to be delivered within 10 days), each time I've emailed they say shipping is delayed because of high volumes of orders.
I requested a refund and have been ignored.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their website reviews are fake.

Ordered item, email receipt says it was shipped. Estimated date of delivery has passed and still no item. Contacted support but no response. About to begin reversing charge with bank.

I placed an order on 27/2 for a set of toys. I still haven't received the item even tho it mentioned shipped on 2/3. Multiple emails back and ford to track it! Lots of excuse! I requested a refund and still haven't received anything 🙄

Found the company via an Instagram advert and it all looked too good to be true. The price seemed way too low and I thought I’d been blessed with a bargain so I purchased. Waited weeks and eventually I emailed to chase it up. They responded quickly saying that due to high demand, there was a delay and offered to wait or a refund. I opted to wait.
Then I started digging further and spotted they’d created a FB account, where a charity had mentioned them, with thanks. But a couple of days later, the charity got suspicious following some comments and did some digging. They believed it was a scam and found that the real products were sold on Modu for ten times the price. So I emailed the company and asked for a refund. Strangely I received it?
I did do a bit of digging before first buying something. The website had the padlock, it was a fairly new website so there was mixed feedback and truthfully I thought I could risk £20 odd. The only flag was that the reviews on their website looked to be written in the same style.
I’m not understanding the plan for this scam, offering cheap products, free products to charities and then giving refunds when people ask. The price of the products are slowly rising, so maybe they just want attention?

Placed an order 6weeks ago not received and no refund

Pretty sure it’s a scam. Although I received responses via email and got a refund, it all seems dodgy. Item has an eta of a few days from order. Weeks were going past with no sign of shipping. Company couldn’t provide invoice or proof of purchase and even asked which email to send to before telling me it’s not possible to send me one. Emails weren’t signed off by a human name. A strange scam with a strange motive. They have also been increasing cost every few days. The site seems to only have been created in Feb however reviews displayed on site, date back before then. Wishful thinking trying to get this product for such a low prince.

Scam. Will need to contact my bank a month after the order to try to get my money back

Placed an order on 2/18/2025. Contacted company on multiple occasions and I did receive responses claiming shipping has been delayed due to high volume of orders they did offered a refund if I wanted however I stated I would wait. They said I would get immediate notification of shipment through email. Still have not received item and starting to get suspicious. Hope this helps.

Order did not arrive, cannot get in contact with them at all. Avoid at all costs. It is a scam company.
