Never Received Item

I spent over a month waiting for a pre-order of some shoes. The company does not issue refunds even if it's a month long delay on their end. The shoes are not worth the price or the wait time. I would advise to purchase from an actual luxury brand.
Update: How the hell are you going to tell me I received something when I know I didn't. You don't even know who I am and you typed a response like your so sure. You have a nasty spirt about you and how you handle your business. The shoes are cheap and can be found on Aliexpress. They're not worth $30 if you ask me. You also have the wrong pre-order dates listed. If it was right it wouldn't have been delayed multiple times.
After contacting the company multiple times with no response, the decided to ship out the item that was delayed 3 weeks after I told them I wanted a refund. I filed a chargeback and they're aware of it. Why would you still ship out the item? They also stop responding to my emails.

If there had been an issue with delivery, we encourage customers to contact our support team directly so we can help resolve it. For example, if an order is delayed due to a pre-order timeline, we can provide updates, and if a shipment is lost in transit, we can open an insurance claim. Posting a review without first reaching out unfortunately does not allow us the opportunity to assist.

The pre-order timing was clearly stated on the product page as well as at checkout, so the fulfillment timeline should not have come as a surprise.

Our return policy, including our “no refunds” policy, is also clearly outlined on our Returns page (where it is reiterated multiple times for clarity) and on our FAQ page.

As for your comments on pricing, value is subjective. This particular style has been our best-selling shoe for the past three years, and we stand behind its quality and design. All our shoes are deisgned in house and manufactured by our own factory. Nothing is from ali express or any other third party. If you prefer an aliexpress knock off, you are welcome to purchase those in the future.

We understand it may not have been the right fit for you, and we wish you the best in finding a brand that better aligns with your preferences.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

Before purchasing, I reached out for sizing guidance to avoid issues since the company does not offer refunds. I followed their recommendation and ordered accordingly.

When the shoes arrived, the ankle strap would not stay secured and the heel felt unstable, making them unsafe to wear. This was not a matter of preference or fit—this pair appeared defective.

When I contacted customer service, my concerns were dismissed and repeatedly reframed as a “fit issue.” I was told a refund was not an option and was only offered store credit or an exchange. At one point, it was even implied that I was attempting to bypass their policy, which I found both inappropriate and unprofessional—especially given that I was returning the item and not attempting to keep it.

I made a good faith effort to purchase correctly and to resolve the issue directly, but the response I received was disappointing. Based on both the product quality and the handling of this situation, I would not purchase from this company again.

I took a chance on this brand and…

I took a chance on this brand and ordered two styles, the Gia mule and the Ford mule, both in my usual size 7.5. The length was correct in both pairs, but they were cut noticeably wide. When walking, I stepped out of the shoes. I do not typically need narrow sizing and have never had this issue before, so the fit was unexpected.

I understand the company has a return policy. My concern is not that a policy exists, but that the no-refund policy is not clearly communicated at the point of purchase. To find that refunds are not offered, you have to scroll to the bottom of the website and open the full return policy. There is no clear disclosure on the product page or at checkout stating that purchases are exchange or store credit only. The “Free returns” banner across the top of the site makes this even more confusing.

When I raised this concern, I received the following response: “You’re absolutely entitled to share your experience as you see fit, even if the way you choose to do that is to place blame on us for you not reading the return policy.” That felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.

Policies that are difficult to find and rigid responses to reasonable concerns can leave the impression that immediate sales are prioritized over long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business. For a newer brand at this price point, transparency and flexibility go a long way in building trust.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this brand truly deserves one.

I’ve purchased from them multiple times and the quality is always incredible, beautiful, comfortable heels that constantly get compliments. As someone who’s very picky with shoes, that says everything.

This time, I needed a pair for a wedding and had to exchange sizes. Their customer service was outstanding, responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even went out of their way to arrange a local pickup so I’d have my shoes in time for the wedding.

Between the quality of the shoes and the exceptional customer service, I’ll continue to recommend this brand to friends and family without hesitation.

They accused me of “friendly fraud”…

They accused me of “friendly fraud” after I returned their shoes and was waiting for the refund.
At first, when I just received the shoes, I asked for the bigger size, and they were fine with that. But then I decided to wear them for 30 minutes straight on my carpet. I had rash on my skin because of the toxicity of their materials, so I sent the shoes back.
Now they have a new pair of shoes and my money. I'm working with a bank on a dispute.
By the way, for $200 you can buy good quality leather shoes in Europe.
I do not recommend them - neither their product due to toxic low-quality or their customer service.

I made a terrible mess of things after placing an order for 1 pair of shoes vs the 2 I thought I was buying. I quickly emailed them hoping to get both shipped at one time for the one shipping cost. My issue was the email I sent made it sound like I don’t want my original order. After a couple email they quickly fixed things for me and BOTH shoes shipped out. So grateful they helped me. I placed the pre-order mid October with a shipment date of October 31st. However, October 31st passed and I noticed it had not shipped out. I reached out and asked what was the possibility of the shoes being delivered by at least November 7th because I had my birthday party and really wanted to wear these heels. The team went above and beyond and tracked the shipment that was coming in, expedited my order and I was able to receive the heels just in time for my party! What a birthday miracle.

Really bad

I came across this brand online and was really excited to buy a pair of their shoes. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Before purchasing, I read their policy and realized they don’t accept returns — they only offer a store credit that you can use again on their website. I’m now on my fourth return, and I still haven’t been able to find a pair that fits me properly. I’ve never had this kind of issue with any other brand.

Their size charts are totally inaccurate and misleading. They don’t offer half sizes in the larger sizes, and I’m between an 8 and a 9, so I really need an 8.5 or something close. Every pair I’ve tried is either too tight or too loose. I’ve reached out to customer service, but they haven’t been helpful at all. Honestly, I don’t even know how many more returns I’ll have to go through to find a pair that fits.

On top of that, the quality of the shoes is very poor — cheap materials, bad finishing, and nothing special about the design. They’re simply overpriced shoes that don’t live up to the hype.

I absolutely do not recommend buying from this brand.

Response - The fact that your company had to write a full essay to defend sending out filthy shoes says it all. Instead of admitting you sold a used pair as “brand new,” you chose to gaslight and lie publicly — even stooping low enough to mention my mental health. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s vile.

No “quality check” leaves toe marks. Stop insulting people’s intelligence. You can dress it up however you want, but every excuse you wrote screams guilt and desperation.

We take customer concerns seriously, and this situation has been extensively documented.
This customer was offered multiple resolutions — including a free exchange and a $25 gift card — both of which she declined. The shoes sent were brand new and unworn. The only visible marks she referenced were light impressions that can occur from handling with her own fingers (the material is a reflective mirror like finish which shows fingerpritns/toe prints easily) or brief try-ons during standard quality checks.

She later claimed a “severe OCD” issue and that she was getting married within days, yet continued sending aggressive emails and posting online for hours instead of accepting one of the solutions we provided even after we told her the matter is closed and the options have been laid out.

We responded promptly to every message, usually in 10 min or less, yet she claimed we were not handling this urgently enough. We offered courtesy options well beyond our written policy, and remained professional throughout. Unfortunately, when a customer refuses all reasonable resolutions and begins harassing our staff and posting false statements, we will not continue to engage.
The customer has been relentlessly leaving reviews and emailing for 6 hours.

All correspondence and photos have been documented. Our record shows this claim has been fully addressed and closed.

Shady business practice

Shoe size runs a full 1.5 sizes small, with their horrendous return policy (i.e. you can’t return only store credit) it makes it super shady. You’re basically locked in. I didn’t realize they would not except returns (it’s 2025 after all - most small brands charge a modest return fee at least like $5 but no one is store credit only these days) so when I realized the shoe was way too small and I needed them for an event I swiftly purchased the larger size thinking I would get refunded for the 2 pairs that were too small. Now I’m stuck with 4 shoes worth of credits to this company. Ugh.

As for our return policy, we’re a small, independent brand that produces limited quantities and does not mass manufacture. Because of this, we offer store credit or exchanges rather than refunds, a policy clearly stated at checkout and in our FAQs. This allows us to avoid excessive inventory loss and helps ensure that more customers have access to our limited sizing runs.

We specifically have this policy in place to discourage bulk ordering with the intent to return, which can pull multiple pairs out of circulation and cause other customers to miss out. We understand your intention wasn’t to misuse the system, but that scenario is exactly what we try to prevent with our current structure.
